Where is Baelfire and other questions
Did anyone else get the impression that perhaps August and Baelfire were, somehow, working together? August knew exactly the right way to lead Mr. Gold on, what to call him, the picture of the dagger, etc. ... he got that info from somewhere.
I know the phone call at the beginning of the episode can assumed to be made from August to Henry, but ... what if he were calling Bae? Would Bae be kept outside Storybrooke by the curse, since he didn't come to this world by that particular method?
Or ... depending on the timeframe, maybe we should be thinking about Bae's descendents.
And to go off in a completely different direction ... did the kids fighting with sticks, etc., remind anyone else of Lost Boys?
Neverland has magic, but the curse misfired or something. I still like Bae as Peter Pan.

Re: Where is Baelfire and other questions
Yes, it did seem that way to me. The only issue I have with this theory is since Rumpel is centuries old and lost his son Bae long ago, Bae would have died in our world a long time ago (unless time works differently in our world). For example, in Narnia centuries pass there while only a few minutes pass here in our world.Did anyone else get the impression that perhaps August and Baelfire were, somehow, working together? August knew exactly the right way to lead Mr. Gold on, what to call him, the picture of the dagger, etc. ... he got that info from somewhere.
Perhaps that green phone we saw August speaking on is a magic phone that lets you call to different worlds. If say, Baelfire were actually transported to a different world like Neverland, he might be able to communicate with August via that enchanted phone. Those boys fighting could be a nice reference to the lost boys. Also, Neverland would solve the issue of Baelfire never having to grow up. Next time Baelfire and Mr. Gold meet, perhaps Baelfire will still be a boy. Mr. Gold said regretfully to Emma in episode 8 that children grow up so fast. Perhaps Mr. Gold's happy ending will be Bae not having grown up without a father, so that they'll still have time together.
I was thinking that perhaps the magic bean took Bae, not to a world without magic, but to a land that kept him from aging, away from Rumpel. It was the price Rumpel had to pay for his dark magic.

I got that impression too, I mean who was August talking to? Bae did come through so he has to be some where!
Bit of advice? When I jab you with my sword you'll feel it....

I am still hoping that Baelfire is Henrys dad. I'm hoping that Emma has to bring him to town to help her get custody of Henry. I'm still hoping for Rumples happy ending. I guess we know now why he didn't let Belle keep kissing him and allow his powers to be taken. He wanted this curse to get his son back.

I thought I read somewhere that the writers said Henry's father would be explored in season 2. That is when we would meet him. And yes, I thought of the Lost Boys too OnionGirl!

Re: Where is Baelfire and other questions
The thought just occurred to me that if August/Pinocchio is working with Baelfire, he may have colored his hair from red to brown to conceal his identity and to trick Mr. Gold into believing he's his son. As OnionGirl wrote, August did call Mr. Gold the correct name "Papa" that only Bae would have known to call him. That would explain why grown-up Pinocchio (aka August) lacks the red locks that young Pinocchio had in FTL.

Hair that color is going to make people notice you, no matter what. And I think the last thing August would want is to stand out!
Hmm. Odd thought. Did anyone catch the name of the girl Bae was talking to, the one who told him about the Blue Fairy?

Her name is Morraine. She was the same teenage girl taken in episode 8 to fight in the Ogre War.

Re: Where is Baelfire and other questions
Maybe August and Baelfire have met (in the real world) and they decide to work together after August/Pinocchio tells him about the curse and Baelfire decides to work with August to get the curse unbroken from Regina and August/Pinocchio also tells him about his father and Baelfire sets up a plan to send August to Storybrooke through the years (maybe August has been in Storybrooke but went undetected) and keep tabs on Mr. Gold and the arrival of Emma. It would be cool if Jefferson, August and Bae are working together to undo the curse and help Emma out. Maybe Bae is the leader of the group and he tells Jefferson and August (or just August) what to do and he tells August about his dad's dagger.
If August is not Bae, I think Bae is working behind the scenes and telling him what to do with Emma and his father.
