I dunno that he'd eat it knowing it was poisoned just to prove a point, (killing off a kid is one thing, but effectively having him commit suicide?). I think it'd be more like someone gives it to Emma, (not Regina obviously, but maybe Dr Whale or something, is he credited for this ep?), but she's not in the mood for eating treats, (she's looking pretty down in that scene), so Henry's all, "Ooo, apple turnover!" and Emma's all, "You can have it," so he takes a bite.

I just wouldn't put it past Henry to do something drastic like that. It's gonna be interesting to see how it actually plays out, I got a feeling like this is gonna be the thing that gets Emma to believe. I'm not 100% on what Regina's play is here, get rid of Henry so Emma leaves or just try & poison Emma. There's a lot of ways this can go but all we can say is Henry ends up poisoned...
