I think the best place for Belle to stay is with Mr. Gold, for both her own safety and because I think he feels like he wasn't able to protect her in FTL land so he needs to be able to do that in SB to overcome his guilt as well. If he can't hold it together with her, then Belle is strong woman and can figure out on her own where she should go, but she will need to be with someone who is powerful enough to keep her safe from Regina - either with Emma or the Blue Fairy. As long as Rumple loves Belle she will always be Regina's target and will need to be with someone who has magic to protect her.

I like the view from tree limbs, so I'm the sole voter for the convent.

I think Belle needs time to figure out this new world, find her place in it, and learn who Moe and Gold are, since they're quite different from the men she knew them as (that's assuming the new magic doesn't change everyone back to their FTL counterparts) . She could do this under Emma's wing (I agree that MM and David will probably start living together) . But I think Emma's going to have her hands full learning to be a mom.

I think it would be best for Belle to have a quiet place where people can take the time to teach her, and a convent fits the bill. Now, I 'm as much a Rumbelle shipper as anyone can be, but I think it will be better for them in the long run if she has a few months--not apart from him, but as a separate person. When she's fully up to speed, she can come to him as a full, equal partner, ready to fight beside him, and when necessary, fight him, keep him on the right path.

Will the nuns/fairies try to turn her against Gold? Probably. They won't succeed : after everything her love has survived, it would take more than fairies to break it. But what could happen is that she changes their minds. When they see the couple together, when Belle describes her former life with Rumple, the fairies may soften their opinions...may even become allies in the search for Bae.

I guess Gold would need the real story from Belle as to what really happened with her father. I think he was a guest star so it'd probably be easiest if he had betrayed her in some way and then they don't have mention him or bring him back (of course where's Charming's mother?). I think Belle would probably stay with Gold, 28-29 years, he's probably not letting her out of his sight plus she'd just end up a pawn with Regina trying to take her back with anyone else.

Still the show had to have been thinking originally Emilie de Ravin was going to be mostly unavailable due to her possible new show. Meaning, I assume in the premiere, that Gold will place her in hiding or something.

I think either Charming's moving into Mary Margaret's place, or Snow is moving to David's house and Emma and Henry will live at the hovel. Or all 4 of them will go live some place else together.

She belongs with Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold. She loves him and he loves her. Love is a give and take on many levels, and since her love for him was always more than "Skin Deep" she will be able to deal with his many flaws. As for him, he has a lot of "making up" to do for how he acted the last time they were together! I think they are going to be adorable together!

Now that we know Emilie will be a regular, I'm moving over to the living-with-Gold side. The writers no longer need an excuse for Emilie to be off-camera. I would have liked to have seen how Belle as an intermediary might have affected the Gold-Mother Superior relationship, though.

Gold could call in that favour the sheriff owes him. Even if Emma no longer cares about keeping her word to Gold after Gold broke (or at least severely twisted) his word to her, she's still not about to let Regina hurt an innocent person.

After having had some more time to think about it, I want to change my vote too. I think Belle should move in with Moe. They were apparently separated for quite a while in FTL and have a lot of catching up to do. Plus, the Charmings could probably use some privacy for their newfound family drama (I originally voted for Belle to live with Emma and MM). :)

I think she may start with Rumple...but I don't see it lasting into mid-season. At some point she's going to be moving out: maybe she finds out he was behind the curse (and he fails to explain about Bae), his mounting 'Magic is Power' attitude, or he is way too protective and won't let her leave the house. As much as he wants someone in his life and would adore having both Belle and Baelfire under his roof, centuries of being the Dark One won't result in easy cohabitation. If Maurice is anything like his disney character, I wouldn't mind seeing Belle live with him for awhile and rediscover that relationship: could be an interesting parallel between the fathers if Baelfire returned during this time frame. I do think she will go back someday to Rumple (or hope so).

I'm counting on that. After investing so much time in this series, that's one of the two payoffs I'm depending on. The writers can do anything else that tickles their fancy, as long as Belle and Rumple end up together and Rumple is redeemed.

Another possibility I hadn't considered: maybe Belle and Ruby could room together. Ruby's been itching to get out on her own, and if she's got her shape-shifting under control, she'd be great protection for Belle.

I can just see Rumple and Maurice clashing repeatedly over Belle and she's going to feel torn between the two. When Belle finds out Rumple was behind the curse and that he beat up her father, Rumple's going to have some serious explaining to do.
