There are loads of interesting objects and places to be found throughout the episodes. We comment and post them on each episodes forum, but I thought it would also be cool to have them in one place. Thus this post. I'll be editing this post after every new episode (if there's anything to add).
If you find any more or I forgot anything, please post it. If possible, please also send me a screenshot I can put here (pm or to e-mail, both through the forum).
Oh, and I've never seen Lost, so if there's an object from it, please tell me so, because I won't recognize it.

in FTL he gives some beard to iniciate the evil curse, in SB he's in Regina's garden petrified.

Regina's castle
is the inspiration for the playground built by her for Henry and the children of SB.

bottled love
is the 9th bottle on Rumpel's shelve. An allusion to the song "Love Potion #9"?

Vault of Hearts
Regina's in her castle in FTL and under Henry Sr.'s grave in FTL, as well as the Queen of Hearts' in Wonderland.

Tron lunch box
as seen in ep 1x20. Henry's.

Space Paranoids
video game given to Henry by Regina. It's a game from Tron (Legacy).

Would Emma's last name and the Swans on Henry's light be considered LOST references? What about LOST number references? Henry gets off train at gate 4 in pilot; Clock stuck on 8:15, Regina's house number 108, eye close ups in 8:15 (Emma) and the Heart is a Lonely Hunter (Graham). Someone figured out there were 108 boxes in the EQ's heart chamber (9x12), Zoso dagger similar to the dagger used in LOST used to try to kill mother, Jacob and man in black; 23 on strangers motorcycle plate; EQ turns into black smoke; Hansel and Gretel wake up on the ground looking up like happened in several LOST episodes; Emma crashed into a sign with the numbers 4 and 23; In Dreamy sister Astrid says they sold only 42 candles.
