Once Upon a Time creators Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz launched an official audio podcast to discuss Once Upon a Time and answer questions from fans.
The Once Upon a Time cast and crew have always been very open and responsive to the fan community. Now, Kitsis and Horowitz have started the weekly audio podcast to share their inspirations, behind-the-scenes stories, and answer questions from the fans.

In their first episode, the Once Upon a Time writers recap the themes in the first season, share their inspiration for the series, talk about Mark Isham’s soundtrack, give some teases about season two (no major spoilers), and answer some questions from the OUaT Facebook page:

- What gave you the idea for Once Upon a Time?
Kitsis and Horowitz recounted their primary inspiration for Once Upon a Time when they said, “When we started out creating the show, the very first theme we wanted above all was hope.”
