Cinderella’s fairy godmother is destroyed but Rumpelstiltskin and he takes her want, but he still helps her get to the ball at a terrible price, Rumpelstiltskin is imprisoned (S01E04 “The Price of Gold“)

noticed some typos, want should be “wand.”

    Gipetto is spelled Geppetto.

This is great. Thanks for putting the effort into it!

  • Daniel J. Lewis

That’s exactly my point I keep making in the podcast. It just doesn’t quite make sense, unless Snow was pregnant with Emma before her wedding.

    • http://www.mikaljohnson.com/ Calixar

Not sure what I’m missing there… why is the one bothered by the other?

      • Daniel J. Lewis

        I don’t quite understand what you’re asking.

      • http://www.mikaljohnson.com/ Calixar

Perhaps it’s just when Cinderella got pregnant that’s out of place. Could the two couples have been married about the same time, but Snow White got prenant right away and Cinderalla not for a few months?
The bigger question is, why is Cinderalla still pregnant when Emma arrives in Storeybrooke? How many years did she carry that child?

      • Daniel J. Lewis

@Calixar Right. Cinderella is seriously pregnant when Rumpelstiltskin is put into prison.

But Rumpelstiltskin was put into prison before the curse was declared—thus before Snow and James’s wedding.

Snow gave birth to Emma on the day the curse was being enacted. So unless there was some fornication going on, the curse was enacted at least eight months after the wedding. So where was Cinderella this whole time?

Maybe Rumpelstiltskin put some kind of curse on her that she won’t give birth until he’s free.

And, yes, all of this would mean that Cinderella must’ve been pregnant for at least ten years (Henry’s age), but 28 years is a popular idea.

      • http://www.mikaljohnson.com/ Calixar

I keep wondering about Henry’s comment about time being frozen until Emma got there (the clock stuck at 8:15)… were they previously in some sort of haze that kept them from noticing that things were not right and events were not progressing normally?

      • Daniel J. Lewis

@Calixar Yes, that’s very likely. They spent day by day under Regina’s rule, but they never noticed the passing of time.

This makes me wonder about Henry’s view of everything.

      • http://www.mikaljohnson.com/ Calixar

@Daniel J. Lewis The idea that “bad things” happen if they try to leave town, I think, is significant. Storybrooke, like The Island, is in some sort of reality bubble. I don’t know think it’s a Minkowski Space, but it and its inhabitants are decidedly not part of our world.

I wonder if the idea that only Regina knows the truth is itself a lie. Rumplestiltskin seems to have, at least, an idea that things are not what they seem.

      • http://jeremylaughlin.com/ Jeremy Laughlin

@Daniel J. Lewis How do we know that Rumpelstiltskin was imprisoned before Snow and James’s wedding? At the moment I can’t think of any reason Cinderella’s wedding couldn’t have been after Snow’s.

        • Celesstar

Rumplestiltskin had to be imprisoned AFTER Snow and James’s wedding because Snow and James attend Cinderella’s wedding as a couple. In FTL to be invited to a wedding like that as a couple means you’re officially married.

      • Daniel J. Lewis

        @Jeremy Laughlin

        1. Cinderella’s marrying Prince Thomas was her happy ending, Evil Queen said that Snow White’s wedding would be the last happy day.

        2. At Cinderella’s wedding, no one was sad, afraid, or showed any knowledge of the curse.

        3. Rumpelstiltskin was in prison when Snow White was pregnant and they sought his foretelling.

        4. Evil Queen came to Rumpelstiltskin after her curse had initially failed and he told he that James and Snow White had already been there. #3 and #4 would have had to happen quite soon after the proclamation of the curse.

I need to rewatch the pilot episode to check some things.

      • http://jeremylaughlin.com/ Jeremy Laughlin

@Daniel J. Lewis As far as #1 and #2 go, I’d say that EQ was all talk at Snow and James’s wedding. As we saw later, she didn’t actually have a plan when she said all that stuff. It was just a threat. Unless everyone was as worried as Snow, there’s no reason to believe that there couldn’t have possibly been any happiness between the wedding and the curse.

#3 doesn’t present a problem with the idea that the Snow/James wedding was first.

I don’t think #3 and #4 had to happen all that quickly after the wedding threat; EQ needed time to get the curse from Maleficent and gather “those with the darkest hearts” for her first attempt. I’m actually not sure why the whole thing took her so long, but since it did I think there’s room for Cinderella’s wedding and Rumpel’s imprisonment between the Snow/James wedding and EQ’s visit to Rumpel. For that matter, as I recall Snow was already showing quite a bit when they went to see Rumpel, and for now I think we can assume that she conceived after the wedding. She could have already been pregnant, but not very far along, at Cinderella’s wedding.

So, the stranger is a writer, eh? He can, apparently, come and go as he pleases, despite that not being possible according to Henry… could he be… The Author?

    • Daniel J. Lewis

      @Calixar Could be!

  • riddleraven

“young Geppetto…—probably 50–60 years pass—Snow White is born to King Leopold and his wife”I’m not sure about this. Geppetto was already about 10 when Jiminy came along. So by your timeline he would be 70 when Snow White was born, making him NINETY at the curse plotting session and in Storybrooke. I guess that’s possible since they probably live longer in fairy-tale land, even though he doesn’t look that old. But I think it’s more likely that he’s 10 and he meets Jiminy and then 30 years pass, snow is born, and 20 years pass to the curse. Making him 60 when Snow is 20.

    • DanielJLewis

@riddleraven Thanks for pointing that out. That was something I overlooked when I placed Snow White’s birth.

Couldn’t some of these things have happened simultaneously? Like some of the events of Skin Deep and Rumplestiltskin’s deals?

They could have, and I try to account for that with some of the points.

ooh thanks for the timeline! the fairytale land is great but it would help if you could post the characters from storybrooke and their fairytale land character. obviously we all know the easier ones like regina/evil queen, mr gold/rumple, ruby/red. but the other characters are hard to keep track of.

also it would be more beneficial to do the storybrooke timeline with just the moments in storybrooke that directly cross over to the fairytale land. like the time with the mines and they show the glass case of sleeping beauty/snow white?  or like with the hidden hearts.

anyways thanks for all the work; love listening to you guys!

  • sjm

Where you have -gap- seems to fit with “What happened to Frederick, ” at least the rescue part we saw.

Also we know because of Kitsis and Horowitz that “Red-Handed” took place right after SW ran from the queen and before she met PC

I like where Skin Deep is for now, although for some reason I thought it was closer to the end of the FT timeline, but I can’t remember why now. But after Dreamy, where you have it makes more sense.

From episode 15, the Widow Lucas’s brothers were veterans of the 2nd Ogre’s War. Was that the same Ogre War during which Rumpel was turned into the Dark One? Or was it the Ogre War we heard mention of in episode 12, when Belle’s father pleaded with Rumple (who had been established as the Dark One) to spare their village from the ogres?

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

The Ogre’s War in “Skin Deep” could not have been the same one that Rumplestiltskin ran from. Rumplestiltskin became the dark one long before Geppetto was a boy. During the airing of “Skin Deep,” the writer replied to a tweet answering that Rumplestiltskin was in the first Ogre’s War.

  • Derrick Palmer

First, THANK YOU for putting this timeline together (Fairytale Land especially). It’s needed!
Secondly, I am new to this site and I think it’s amazing! You all elaborate on things I have thought about and mention things I never caught.
Lastly, the first item in the Storybrook timeline says Emma is found by a 7-year-old boy. My initial assumption was ‘Pinocchio’ and August is the wooden boy, thus allowing him to enter the town (I’m assume that given that there are ‘no visitors,’ it means that only Fairytale land-born or family of those born there can enter)! SIDE NOTE: Emma was born in Fairytale Land (needs new name lol) which makes her a fairytale character even if not associated with a pre-existing character we know. If you want to go deeper, you can claim that , because Henry is born to a fairytale character, he then can be considered one himself. Ok, back on track about Pinocchio…Then I thought, “No, because he would have had to been able to leave Storybrook or evade the cures to do so.” Henry can do it because he was not born in Fairytale Land. The leaving part seems to be more associated with birthplace and less due to the effect of curse. THEN, I thought, “Pinocchio was originally wood and if he were, some crazy how, made from the same tree that was used for Baby Emma, then he could POSSIBLY have a way to leave.” I know the tree didn’t leave the fairytale land but…well, you can kinda see where that whole line of thought came from. Also, even though the boy from the first episode was never called Pinocchio by name, we can assume that it is him. Which kinda either throws my theory out the window or just adds another crazy piece to the puzzle. LOL.

      Thanks, Derrick. And good thoughts!

  • sjm

Thank you for all that work updating the FTL timeline, it is awesome! I loved reading through it. Seemed pretty accurate to me.

I am wondering if there are some turning points that might be added to the SB timeline like Emma reuniting the orphans (Hansel and Gretel in FTL) with their father, or Thomas proposing to Ashley on Valentine’s Day, things that might fit into Emma having an affect on things. Also, I know the SB side is pretty much in chronological order, but there are still some highlights that might be worth remembering, especially if the show goes on for several seasons –  I am thinking particularly of Kathryn’s disappearance, Mr. Gold confronting Moe French, and the Miner’s Day celebration, MM arrested. Perhaps there are others you might think of as well.

Anyway, just a suggestion on the SB side of things, but again great job on the FT side. Thank you so much!

REGINA’S LAST NAME IS MILLS! Hahaha! I get it now!

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

Ha ha. Yup! We had previously suspected the relationship. Now we know!

      • Lostmommyof4

Can you help me out with this one???

        • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

          Help you with what?

  • Bob Dole

I don’t know if the events of Hat Trick should happen so soon on the timeline… Regina’s father, after giving the box to the Genie, completely vanishes from the screen until Regina’s trying to work the Curse. So wouldn’t it make more sense if she goes to save him right before he starts showing up again? That, and that episode has the first appearance of her Hag disguise…which tells me she’s preparing to give the apple to Snow White and stuff.

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

The Evil Queen and her castle were in black, which places “Hat Trick” after the Huntsman in “The Heart is a Lonely Hunter.”

Regina’s father was also around just before King Leopold’s death (“Fruit of the Poisonous Tree”), Snow’s escape, and the Huntsman.

So the events of “Hat Trick” can only fit between the Huntsman and Regina’s killing of her father.

  • Lostmommyof4

As a new idea for the timeline, perhaps something like LOSTpedia’s timelines but as we don’t have year refrences, maybe significant events like “First Ogre War” could be large and in bold as refrence points. Here’s the LP one http://lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/Timeline:Pre-crash

I used those timelines endlessly as I intent to use yours if you keep it up!

An event you might want want to add is James/ James Replacement birth implied from “The Shepherd”.

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

Yes, I’ve looked at something like that. But we don’t have many definite events. Also, every timeline app I’ve looked at requires a real date.

  • Purrlisse

Hmmm… there are some issues which are not clear… to be honest we cannot say when the story of the Mad Hatter and the queen of hearts took place. or the hansel and gretel one. I think we must understand more about what happened with the queen of hearts and the apple, and also her relationship with maleficent and rumple to know where they, and other episodes like belle, fit in.

And I don’t agree with the cinderella timeline. The timeline is stretched in one episode, though we don’t see it, so we must assume that while cinderella is having her story, so are the other characters going about their life. So i’m assuming:

    The first prince james died.

Rumple makes deal with King George, who in return tells him about the location of the fairygodmother.

Rumple makes 2 deals at that time. 1. With the new prince james, 2. goes to kill the fairygodmother and deals with cinderella.

The prince james story and his meeting with abigail and snow carry on, until he wakes snow white with a kiss.

Cinderella gets married and invites them – possibly having met them somewhere before where we don’t know and don’t know if we’ll get to know… they look carefree so i don’t think regina’s curse has been announced yet.

It could be that now snow and charming get married…

Cinderella is pregnant and they capture rumple.

Snow white is pregnant and wants to talk to rumple.

    the rest is pretty obvious.

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

See my reply to Bob Dole about the timing of “Hat Trick.”

We don’t know how much time passed between Cinderella’s visit to the ball and her wedding. But we know her wedding came after the pronouncement of the curse (at Snow’s wedding), and probably six months before the curse was enacted.

Hansel and Gretal fits into the timeline when Regina was looking through her mirror at Snow and the dwarfs, “Now she’s cavorting with dwarfs?” This is a view into the simultaneous events of “7:15 a.m.” because this was when Snow had just lied to James about her love and left him.

      • sjm

at least six months since she was very pregnant when the curse was enacted and SW was very pregnant with Emma. Their weddings must have been either very close together, or some interesting timing on having their children around the same time :)

        • ArwenRenee

i think Snow/ Charming and Ella(Cinderella)/Thomas Weddings happen close together which is first is up in the air if you ask me. I also think they became pregnant+- close to the same time and just happens that Ella hadn’t given birth before the curse hit where she lived in FTL

          • Megan

I think that Snow and Charmings storyline is a lot longer than you’re making it out to be. I think Regina came and made the announcement about the curse at their wedding but it was at least a couple years later before they had Emma. They just thought of the curse as an empty threat from a mad woman. Because Snow and Charming went to go see Rumple in prison and it seemed like he had been there a while. Which places Cinderella’s marraige somewhere after they got married but that means that they would to have been married for a while before the curse took affect. Snow didn’t go see Rumple until she was just barely pregnant with Emma and then the curse happened like a minute after she was born. I think Cinderella’s storyline is shorter than your thinking. Her’s happened only over the course of like 1 or 2 years. She went to the ball, then met her prince, got married in couple months and then a few weeks later was pregnant. And that’s when they captured Rumple. And that all happened after Snow and Charmings wedding.

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/E2S6VBQ53EEXV77TFRLRPPYJZM April

After your gap in time- in the second point you have Rumple being imprisoned right after making the deal. That didn’t happen until later.  I also think that Cinderella and Thomas were married before Snow and Charming because Snow wasn’t really happy after the Queen said she was going to enact the curse that would take away their happily ever afters. She seemed really happy at their wedding. The Queen also fought Maleficent for the curse on Snow and Charming’s wedding night which was stated in “The thing you love most”.  The other things I wanted to know about, you have already answered for me by letting me know that you will need more information before you can place it in the timeline. I think this timeline is really great. It might just be easier also to just put the season and episode numbers and have a episode outline on the bottom. It might also be easier to have things that happened back to back just be under one bulletin. such as *Emma is born and escapes the curse through the magic wardrobe while the Evil Queen’s forces conquer Prince Charming’s castle as the curse takes effect.– But that is just a thought as well as Underlining the Characters names so people can quickly scan it to find what they are looking for.

  • sjm

After the last gap in the timeline where Rumpel kills the fairygodmother, I thought he wasn’t imprisoned until signing with the quill… and if he was imprisoned how did he get out to meet Cinderella?

is there going to be an update on this?  or is there a new link?

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

I just added the new timeline here. It’s still missing a lot of stuff because we need help populating it.

      • Annafab

Why such a long time period between Rumple becoming Rumple and the curse? I have no reason to say you’re wrong but I’m just wondering about what evidence suggests it was THAT long ago.

        • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

In “That Still Small Voice,” a young Jiminy brings things to a fully dark Rumplestiltskin in his castle. Geppetto is around 8 years old at this point.

But when the curse struck, Geppetto looks to be in his 60s.

Additionally, Jane Espenson has confirmed that Rumplestiltskin has been the Dark One “for centuries. He was in the first Ogres War.”

          • Annafab

I get the 60ish year gap. It’s the centuries gap that baffles me. How many Ogre wars have there been?

Side note: If it’s been centuries and Rumple is still hoping to find Baelfire, that would have to mean time passes differently in the real world vs the Enchanted Forest, because otherwise Baelfire would be long dead.

          • Annafab

Also, how do we know Snow was 13 when she met Regina? She looked younger than that to me.

  • Clockwatcher

    LOVE the new timeline! :D

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

Thanks! We still need lots of help migrating the information.

  • whiteowl82

I disagree with where you put Hat Trick and here’s why: Grace’s age. When we see her in Storybrooke, she looks about the same age as she was when we last saw her in FTL, which means that not that much time has passed between Jefferson being trapped in Wonderland and Regina casting the curse. Regina’s father could have been taken to Wonderland at any point in time, even after the events in Fruit of the Poisonous tree, which is the last time we see him before Hat Trick. In my opinion, Hat Trick takes place right before either The Price of Gold or The Thing you love Most.

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

Thanks for pointing that out! I’m working on this as we speak, and I’m finding myself putting in some wrong dates as I re-evaluate things. I’ll correct this.

  • semil

nova and dreamy meet when dreamy is 1. not 2. they even say it in a line…..

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

Yes, I was moving things around as I added pieces, and hadn’t finished moving those parts.

  • http://obisgirl.tumblr.com obisgirl

    I like Jiminy’s timeline blurb:

    Jiminy gets potion from Rumpelstiltskin
    Gets a potion from
Rumpelstiltskin to escape from his parents, but the consequences convict
him to become a cricket so he can be a guide to young Geppetto.

Just the mention of ‘convict’ – it’s like he’s sentenced to be a talking magical cricket for life. which he was, but it’s still funny.

only one minor correction: I’m pretty sure the Genie killed King Leopold before the Genie made his last wish to look upon the Evil Queen’s face forever.

    • http://About.me/DanielJLewis Daniel J. Lewis

Yes, I’m still moving things around and thus some things are incorrectly placed.

  • Slurpeez108

I love the new timeline format! Way to go OncePodcasters!

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

Thanks! I need to get back to updating it, especially during our rewatch.

  • Dearie

this timeline is pretty awesome. one question-how do we know the timing for belle? it has to be after jiminy (you see geppettos puppet-parents in rumplestiltskins castle in ‘skin deep) and we know it’s in return for help in the ogre wars, but how can we be sure its ‘the ogre wars flare up again’ instead of the ;second ogre war’ mentioned by ruby’s grandmother?

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

I need to finish this timeline. Essentially, we know Skin Deep’s timeline based on other events. In “Dreamy,” the dwarfs are in a tavern where Belle points out to Dreamy that he’s in love. She’s wearing the same thing she was when she left Rumplestiltskin’s castle the last time, and she didn’t have a basket like she did the first time when Queen Regina met her. (By the way, that’s another clue, the Regina is the dark queen, which also confirms this is after King Leopold’s death and Snow White’s running away).

Also remember that in 7:15 a.m., Snow meets Grumpy in the prison, and he refers to events that took place in “Dreamy” as if they’re quite recent.

Jane Espenson also confirmed that there have been several Ogres Wars.

      • skeptic_50

In the May 26, 3 B.C.entry titled “Dreamy breaks up with Nova and becomes Grumpy,” the last description sentence really should read “He gets a new axe and his name becomes Grumpy.” Thanks for the great timeline, though the response time of the comments section reminds me of the old bulletin board (BBS) days of the Internet at 300 bps lo-o-o-o-ng before the days of the Web..

I think “Baelfire, turns 14″ would come after Rumpelstiltskin helps the beggar and takes the Dark One’s powers. But thanks so much for this!

  • http://twitter.com/apollopriestess Priestess of Apollo

I like it as well, but I don’t find the timelines confusing. Snow looks completely different in the FTL present timeline, and Emma is with her! Plus Snow had an amazing costume on this week, in the past Enchanted Forest. I love this show! But for the format I would maybe do three lines coming out from one spot: maybe make it Rumple? Maybe that would help as the 3 timelines would be separated with the events clearly indicated. Just a thought?

It’s working right now for everything to be linear. This system I’m using is easy to maintain, mobile-friendly, and meets my other technical requirements.

  • Nonnie

when was the last time this time line has been up dated????

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

I’ve been slowly transitioning the old bullet-point timeline into the new, more accurate timeline, which I just updated for “The Crocodile.”

    Great job with the timeline!

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

Thanks! It’s still a big work in progress, especially moving from a simple list to a timeline with dates. But I think it really helps the fans place information.

  • http://twitter.com/HMVerhagen Heather Verhagen

Hmm…perhaps we could look into the final episode and try to decide when Rumple gave Charming the magic ring. Did the ring allow Charming to find Snow White’s coffin in the woods? (Did Rumple give him the ring because he was able to put the potion inside the dragon?) I do remember that Red and the Dwarves found Snow White once she took the apple from Regina, and that Snow was then put in the coffin by the Dwarves.

  • http://twitter.com/HMVerhagen Heather Verhagen

All I’ve figure out about Hat Trick is that it happend after Glass became the mirror, since Regina is speaking to him when Jefferson and tries to buy Grace a toy. Hope this helps.

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

And Regina’s castle is black, which didn’t change until right after King Leopold’s death in “The Hear Is a Lonely Hunter.”

  • http://twitter.com/HMVerhagen Heather Verhagen

Should Rumple’s birth shouldn’t be first on the timeline? The Blue Fairy is said to be the Origin of Magic, so did she exist first and create the entire world? Maybe…

im confused. it has bae getting the bean before rumple becomes the dark one?

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

Oops! That was a glitch that I’ve now corrected.

  • DannyDubner

In the Cora kills Daniel part, it’s written David instead of Daniel (in one of the final parts)

Awesome timeline, by the way (:

  • Justme

The timeline doesn’t make sense anymore after this week’s episode. Rumplestilskin had to kiss a man’s boot in front of his son before he became the dark one. But he met a young Cora when he already was turned into the Dark One. That means that Rumplestilkin’s son has to be years older than Regina (and way older than Snow) which he is not.

    • Megan

Yes he is. He left in the portal with the magic bean as a child. Rumple being the dark one doesn’t age. Back in the real world in NY, Neil/Bae said that our world wasn’t his first stop, if it had been he would be a couple hundred years old, he also says he knows Hook, and knows how to sail Hook’s ship which means he was in Neverland where people don’t age.

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

Rumple is 300 years old. The boot scene happened a long time before Cora.

  • Megan

Don’t know how old this is, but now there’s some new information. Young Cora’s story. Cora get’s tripped by Princess Ava and humiliated infront of everyone. Cora sneaks into a royal ball for the prince to find a wife, she gets caught by the king and lies, saying she can spin straw into gold. The king locks her up in a tower with a bunch of straw and a spinning wheel. Rumplestilstkin comes to make her a deal and she learns magic. Cora marries the Prince. Cora rips out her own heart instead of the Kings so she can be powerful because she sees love as weak. Baby Regina is born.

Then you put present time storybrooke at the the end with Snow killing Cora saving Rumple.

    • Megan

Also Snow and Ava’s storyline which hopefully we find out more about. Ava became Queen at some point which means she married the Prince that was 1st in line for the throne. Where Cora married the 7th in line. Queen Ava gets sick and Snow seeks out the blue fairy for help. The blue fairy gives her black magic that she must keep a secret. It is now Snow’s birthday and she chooses not to use the black magic on her mom and her mom dies. Cora is the one who actually killed her and pretended to be the blue fairy and is trying to corrupt Snow. She then makes sure Regina is out riding while Snow and her father were travelling and then makes Snow’s horse go running. Setting Regina up to be queen.

      • ChristaJeanne

How does Cora’s timeline change now with what we learned about Zelena? I just rewatched the episode that tells Cora’s backstory, and when Ava trips Cora, it seems like Cora has never seen her before. However, the whole plot line of Cora trying to get Leopold’s love – and being stopped by Ava – predates that. Did the producers goof?

        • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

We discussed that in our podcast. We think it now makes more sense why Eva would treat Cora that way, but they both wouldn’t want to reveal that bad history.

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

Yes, I seriously need to update this. I’ve had volunteers step up, but none have added anything.

  • Keb

I’ll be adding to the timeline as I can this season, though it will probably take a few days after each episode to update.

  • Meredith Pechta

Watch “Quite a Common Fairy” carefully. I believe the flashback takes place between “We Are Both,” and “The Doctor.” That’s where you will probably place it in the timeline when you update it again.

    • Keb

Hm, I was thinking it was post The Doctor. What evidence do you think places it before that?

  • merryweather

I want to revise my earlier statement. I believe that “Quite a Common Fairy” takes place after “The Doctor.” Regina would never have agreed to a set-up with another man if she hadn’t given up on bringing back Daniel from the dead first. It’s still early on, since Regina is still hesitant about learning dark magic. Maybe a month or two after Dr. Frankenstien’s departure.

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

      I agree with merryweather.

      • Keb

Good, cuz that was my opinion on rewatching! I’ve put it the year after just because there’s a lot of time to fill while Snow’s growing up, but I suspect it wasn’t terribly long after then either. Will adjust as more data comes in.

  • merryweather

Obviously you need to add the event from “Nasty Habits.” It’s obviously between “Desparate Souls” and “The Return.” I’d say two weeks before “The Return.”

  • merryweather

There was a question in last night’s episode, as to whether Snow had already met Charming by that point. I read on twitter today that she had. It takes place between “Snow Falls” and “True North.” Obviously, this also takes place at the same time that Regina told Rumple that Belle was dead. I think she went to him to be tranformed into Ursula. Since she needed help being a peasant not long ago, it would make sense. But since Rumple refused to help her, I assume that regina then went to Maleficent for help. So when you update the timeline, please get this right.

    • Keb

Thanks for keeping an eye on these things! I’m still catching up a bit on the timeline after moving last week, but updates are forthcoming, and I absolutely agree with your thoughts here. It does mean I’ve got some adjusting to do on some of my estimates!

  • brucegil

Just found your timeline. You are at episode 303. If and when you update the past from flashbacks or backstories, how can we find these new updates in your timeline? Is there some way you can make them stand out visually so they can be spotted while scrolling through the timeline.

    • Keb

I’m not sure if there is a way :/ I do often note in the forums when I’ve updated. I’m working on putting in 304 and 305 right now. I do try to mark the episodes for each event (or evidence) in the timeline, so you can always look for those markers.

305’s backstory is right after Baelfire’s birth (somewhat arbitrary–it could easily be a few years before then, but because Bae’s birth is really the starting point for so much of what has happened, I chose to put Killian’s backstory after it).

304’s backstory is between 108 and 119 (though it’s not impossible that it happens between some of the events of 119, as in 219 and 112), so before Bae leaves the Enchanted Forest but after Rumple becomes the Dark One.

I’m hoping to catch up with 306 and 307 sometime this week, but those two added a LOT of information that requires adjusting throughout the timeline…and I’m very behind on Wonderland as well. (Moving will do that to you.)

  • merryweather

You need to put in the events from “Ariel.” According to the producers, Snow meets Ariel shortly after she meets Charming, but before she tries to see him again at King george’s castle. And of course you now have the events of “Think Lovely thoughts. I think that Rumple was about 8 years old.

    • Keb

RumplesGirl and I thought we’d pin him around 7ish, though 8’s a reasonable estimate too. And I’ve adjusted events around Ariel to include the information from Adam’s twitter, so once I have a chance to timeline Ariel, I will be able to put it in the right place.

  • merryweather

If you watch “The Miller’s Daughter” and then watch “Ariel,” you’ll probably notice that King Xavier’s kingdom is the same one as Prince Eric’s. It’s one and the same place just many years apart. I believe that Prince Eric is Prince Henry Sr.’s nephew. Watch the episodes and see if you agree. If you do, you can include it in your timeline.

  • Keb

I’ve been working on adding events slowly. Had to move things around to accommodate Ariel’s timeline clue from Adam’s twitter, but that’s done, so we’re ready to add Ariel when I get time to do it. And interesting thought on Eric/Henry Sr. Wonder if that IS true…

  • Keb

Timeline should be updated now through the events of Ariel.

  • Keb

Timeline is now updated through the events of 308–Think Lovely Thoughts.

  • Janantha

You’ve put the flashbacks of 107 The Heart is a Lonely Hunter in 8 B.C., and the flashbacks of 115 Red-Handed in 4 B.C. If you watch those scenes again, you’ll notice that Snow White is wearing the same outfit in both, just adjusted a little for the snowy weather. I don’t see her wearing the same clothes for four years, do you?

Also, you have the flashbacks of 116 Heart of Darkness in July, whilst 115 Red-Handed is in February. But both flashbacks have snow. Assuming that the change of seasons in the Enchanted Forest mirrors that of Earth, that makes no sense unless they somehow jumped from one hemisphere to another.

Lastly, Lana just tweeted that Regina’s birthday is February 1.

    https://twitter.com/LanaParrilla/status/412435053424029696

    Otherwise, great timeline!

    • Keb

Great observations–I’ll see what I can do with them! I realize that the time from Snow leaving home and later events is absurdly stretched right now, but there’s conflicted evidence regarding her ages at various points. I’ll look into streamlining this, however. Thanks!

  • Lazarry

will you add Once Upon a Time in Wonderland into the Timeline?

    • Keb

Wonderland is slated to be timelined separately at present. It’s on the back burner but in progress.

  • Jesus Rodriguez

i DIDN’T UNDERSTAND THE PART ABOUT ROLAND’S BIRTH IS REALLY CONFUSING.

    • Keb

I’m not sure what you are confused about. Roland was 4 years old in 303 (Robin Hood said so), but time was frozen in the Enchanted Forest during the 28 years of the curse. So he’s 4+28 years old.

I’m happy to clarify anything else in that entry if need be.

Is here any chance you could add a feature that lets us select a character from a list and find the dates specifically associated with them, as its very painstaking to have to sift through the centuries of events on here. =(

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

That’s a good idea, but our software will only allow six categorizations. That’s not enough to implement a great idea like this.

    • Keb

I have a slightly more detailed timeline spreadsheet I’ve been working on that would allow one to read through a particular character’s story more or less…but there are at least 120 characters in Once without counting Wonderland so such tagging is painstaking work. It’s taken a back seat to getting the main timeline done anyway.

  • BadAndy

Is there anything in this timeline about the Frankenstein story line? There isn’t anyway that it fits into the time space of the Enchanted Forest with that advanced technology and how that crosses in. Even pirates would have been a pretty major leap in technology in the Enchanted Forest with firearms and ships that advanced. Can anyone explain that?

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

It’s possible that Hook came from the same Fictional London as Alice.

The “Land Without Color” is a separate, parallel world.

  • Keb

The timeline is complete through 311 now. I’ve adjusted Rumple’s age to 200 to account for several factors (like Big Ben). And yes, the Land Without Color is a separate world but I’ve been including any events from Once Upon a Time in this timeline.

  • Melanie Zammit

is there a way to show only the last added entries? I mean, I for example you added events from flashbacks its very hard to know where the entries had been added and end up scrolling from the beginning

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

We’ll have to work that into the process.

      • Keb

Daniel, let me know how to make it possible and I shall. If they could be sorted by episode, that would probably be sufficient, since I add stuff by episode usually. One issue with that is that some events are in multiple episodes, so it’s not a one-to-one correlation.

  • aime nelson

The Season 2 and beyond dates are still off. The mob happens the same day as the curse breaking. This should be adjusted ASAP.

    • Keb

Yeah, I know. I’ve been pondering the best way to adjust it. The problem is that for SOME things more time has to have passed than the show actually allows for; some of what we saw in S3 only made the issues worse.

But as I finish with S3, I’ll see if I can make it consistent.

  • maligal17

can you update this?? and also, does anyone know of someone who has put together the fairy tale clips in order? Like this timeline, but as a video? I think that would be fun to watch…

    • Aranka Bloemberg

Actually I am doing that just now ;) But it’s not just a video you can upload on youtube as it would be several hours long ;) I use this site as a backup.. I try to make up my own time line but I just get confused with some things not yet explained, like when (and how) Henry Sr. came in Wonderland, and when the rescue took place. I believe that he is stolen by Cora AFTER he contributed to King Leopold’s death. I believe Regina went full on evil queen publicly after that murder. And I like the comment made somewhere below that Regina retrieves her father áfter the Hansel and Gretel part, that being about fathers being ripped away from their children.

Any one any ideas on this subject?

    • Keb

I can and will–but please be patient while I deal with some RL stuff first. Thank you!

  • Zack

Needs to be updated with everything about Oz and Zelena, etc.

    • Keb

Yep, I know. I haven’t gotten through timelining 314 yet, and RL has been keeping me busy (moving and stuff). Don’t worry; I will get the rest of S3 up eventually.

  • Ray.ka

I don’t agree with everything in there… I made my own timeline and it’s difficult to say just watching the show….

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

Constructing the timeline is difficult and up to debate. Some things rely on tiny details (like the curtains being open or closed in Rumple’s castle), which sometimes even the producers overlook at mess up.

      • Keb

What Daniel said. There is a LOT of ambiguity on the timeline; I kinda suspect that the timeline they’re using doesn’t reflect the time between events but just the order of those events. And probably focuses on the BIG stuff rather than the little details that I tend to get caught on.

I’ve got some theories based on what we saw in S3B that will shift things around somewhat…basically, I’m more convinced than ever that virtually all the Snowing flashbacks before their wedding(s) happen about 3 years before the curse, rather than being spread out over the intervening years as I thought a season ago. But recalculating everything is a big challenge!

However, if you’ve got specific things you’d like to take up with me, I’m happy to consider any good evidence that counters what I’ve seen so far. I’ve got a few threads up on the forums already debating various points (including curtains hehehe).

  • Meredith Pechta

I don’t know if you can do this, but you made a small mistake. In the timeline, you said that Rumple met with the seer again before the events of “The Crocodile,” but he said that Milah left him, which means that already happened. You might need to change Roland’s birthdate too. He was born before the events od “Snow Falls.” You realize how many questions the finale answered for us? We now know that Pinocchio was already around in “Snow Drifts.” We now know that Hook was back in the enchanted forest then. I thought maybe since he knew about the Giants bean war, but I wasn’t sure. By the way, I’d place “It’s Not Easy Being Green” after “We Are Both” but before “In the Name of the Brother.” Remember that Rumple asked Jefferson about the slippers from Oz, and he said they’d been moved. That means that Dorothy had just taken them back to Kansas with her. Also when Zelena is watching Regina in “Kansas,” it appears she’s having her ‘how to take a heart’ lesson. So it should go “It’s Not Easy Being Green,” followed by half of “In the Name of the Brother,” followed by “Kansas,” followed by “The Doctor.” Watch all four episodes and it will add up.

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

      “The Crocodile” covers many years.

    • Keb

I haven’t finished organizing everything after 314 yet (by a long shot–it takes me a few hours to timeline each episode, and then more time to look at how it affects events of other episodes, and more time again to condense my notes into what you see here). And yeah, I do make mistakes or learn things from later episodes that require both minor and major revisions.

My logic for Rumple’s meeting with the seer being before Milah’s death is that he said his wife left him–that happened when Bae was a small boy–but didn’t include the fact that he killed her in his summary of his sad history thus far (to leave it simply at her having left suggests to me that her story isn’t concluded yet). There are reasonably strong arguments for it going the other way round; I don’t think the show has definitively shown which event occurred first, though they have to be pretty close in the timeline, as Hook goes to Neverland within six months of Bae’s going through the portal and both events happen in that six months somewhere.

      • Aranka Bloemberg

I have been thinking about the seer and her place in the timeline… And here’s what I thought: Why would Rumple have his conversation with Smee about a bean to transport him to the Land Without Magic (i.e. right before killing Milah), if he has the puzzle-piece of the future that tells him that a daughter of Cora would perform the curse? And also, Smee tells Rumple all that he knows about him in the pub (2×04), how could he know about Bae but not about the seer?
Your right about how Rumple talked about his wife is indicative that the seer happened before him killing Milah. But don’t you think that Rumple was already in such a dark place that he would distanciate himself from the murder by merely saying that she left him? (Don’t see this as criticism, I truly appreciate the work you’ve put into this timeline!)

  • The Doctor

You folks are great. Thanks for doing this! Do you really think so much time lapsed between the wraith attack on Regina (21 Mar on your timeline) and the subsequent events in FTL? I thought E and MM were only back in FTL for a few days rather than a few weeks. For example, Regina is wearing the same clothes across multiple episodes to indicate that they take place on the same day.

    • Keb

I’ll have to go back and look at the clothing evidence there…but I ran over that period with a fine-toothed comb when I realized that S2 was taking about 2 months tops (more like 40 days) in total, which conflicted with A&E saying that each season was meant to be about a year. I padded as much as I could and still couldn’t squeeze a lot of time into S2 (which, aside from the missing year, wasn’t nearly as tight as S3…). That’s one reason I haven’t yet properly connected the S1-S2 events that we know full well were the same day (that and it throws the seasons a bit out of whack, too).

I think that Emma and MM spent a week, possibly two, in FTL, but that a lot of mundane stuff was skipped over for time. (Also, I think they really haven’t established distances between anything in FTL at ALL…nothing is more than a day’s journey from anywhere. Walking/by horse.)

  • Maiven

This is awesome and confusing at the same time :D

Baelfire did NOT sneak into the Darling house in the year 123 BC…….try 1800s

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

We use a negative timescale since not everything has an absolute date. We consider “BC” to mean “before curse.”

    • Keb

As Daniel says, it’s 123 years before the curse. Incidentally, according to my estimates/assumptions, that puts it in the year 1861 in our world. Which is exactly the estimate you seem to have!

      • Jiminy’s Journal

I think Peter Pan is Edwardian, not Victorian.

  • Meredith

When will you be putting in the stuff about Zelena’s flashback? Speaking of putting stuff in, I heard that we’ll finally see a flashback of Belle, before she met Rumplestiltskin, this coming season.

    • Keb

It will happen soon, I think. RL walloped me badly the last couple of months, and Quiet Minds is not…exactly the ep I want to deal with when RL is hitting me hard. So I’ve been stuck there. I am hoping to have everything up to date before the new season starts (wonderland excepted).

  • Edwin Gyomar Morales-Lopez

Eddy and Adam have recently confirmed that the show’s universe is currently in early 2013. I don’t know if that makes any differences in this timeline, but it’s something.

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

Yes, we’ve known that. This timeline primarily is for tracking the “flashbacks.”

    • Keb

That’s actually what made me go back and adjust all the “modern” dates to finally connect season one and season two properly…back then, they were saying that each season lasted a year, so I was trying to expand things out to match that, but this matches up much better with what we actually see. I’ve just adjusted the dates for everything post Skin-Deep in the ‘present’ (which has an exact RL date to go from) and that puts things where they’re now claiming they should be.

On my personal timeline spreadsheet, which is scary to behold, I’ve calculated the rough RL dates that correlate to my estimated dates for events in the show. But the creators are sometimes rather handwavey with the dates, so very few dates can be tied down to a specific time–Emma’s birthday, Valentine’s day for Skin Deep being the two that are pretty definite to work from.

  • Keb

Now updated for episodes 314 & 315. For new material, look at the dates 3/31/28-7/14/28 and 3/29/29-3/31/29.

  • Melanie Zammit

Baelfire born 137BC .. Baelfire turns 14 124 BC. There are 13 years difference so you should shift a year somewhere there

    • Keb

I think you’re right…I probably did the calculation from knowing he was 13 (3 days shy of 14) when Morraine was taken. Oops. Fixing that now.

      • Jiminy’s Journal

I think it’s even farther back than that. I want to say Bae was in the first beanhole for less time than passed outside. Timey-Wimey.

  • Keb

Now updated through episode 316. For new entries, look at 6/24/-15–6/29/-15 and 4/1/29. I may fiddle with how long Zelena was in training later; I welcome suggestions.

  • Julia

any plans to updated the timeline before the next season start?

    • Keb

Indeed there are–I’m in the middle of an international move so I may not succeed, but I’m working towards getting all of S3 up before it starts. I work on my own spreadsheet before updating here, and I only have 3 episodes to go on that sheet, so there’s a good chance!

  • Keb

Now updated through episode 317. For new entries, look at 7/15/28-7/16/28 and 4/2/29.

  • Keb

Adjusted Zelena’s flashback dates to account for information from 320. Look in December, -0015, for those events now.

  • Keb

Episodes 318 and 319 logged. Flashbacks from 320 are in, as well. Will get to the present stuff asap.

  • Kelsey

It doesn’t say in the timeline where the curtain scene with Belle happened? Was it before the birthday memorial for Bae or after?

    • Keb

I’ve tried to focus on big events rather than smaller (but no less important) ones like this one…but this one in particular has been a HUGE point of contention for some of us. I’m quite sure it comes before the birthday memorial, but there’s been a lot of debate about whether it comes before or after Robin Hood’s invasion. She’s not wearing her blue dress when Robin Hood comes, but the curtains ARE down when Robin Hood is in the great hall.

On my personal timeline, I’ve got the curtain scene before Robin Hood arrives (so within her first week there). But many people have disagreed with me on that, saying that it should come after Robin Hood.

Either way, there’s no evidence that it would come after the birthday memorial, so I’d say it’s definitely before.

  • Melanie Zammit

Is it possible that you share the google sheet you use? I like the timeline but its not very practical to search through it :/ especially if you do not know the date.. I’m guessing that in the sheet I can just search for the episode and get the date

    • Melanie Zammit

http://www.tiki-toki.com/ this timeline uses filters so we can fitler by character or by episode

      • Keb

Would you want to filter by ALL the characters or just regular/recurring ones? I’ve got about 175 named (or sort of named) characters on my spreadsheet already, and they’re always adding more. Episodes would be easier (I’ve already noted the relevant episodes on this timeline, though no, it’s not yet searchable by them), but there isn’t a 1-to-1 correlation with events and episodes, either (several scenes are repeated multiple times, and to make this timeline more navigable, I’ve just listed all the eps that the event takes place in rather than listing each episode’s version distinctly (as I’ve done on my personal spreadsheet).

        • Kelsey

Just the main ones would be amazing itself..
I’m mainly wanting Hook, Rumple, and Belle.

I looked at it, and it’s shiny software, but I’m not sure it’s practical–there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to migrate the data we already have to it, and I’m already behind as it is.

      • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

We originally started with Tiki-Toki, but their system was horrible unintuitive and didn’t work as we needed. It also costs.

    • Keb

It’s up to Daniel whether or not to share the sheet this timeline is based off of, but the document I use (which is extensive and no, I haven’t added in all the stuff I’d like to for characters though I started–I have almost 3k entries on this sheet though–is https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6r8CySCCWd9RUhQX204QzlCMWs/view?usp=sharing

The sheet that this timeline uses only has the data you see, though. The date, the headline for that date, and the entry for that date. It’s not very searchable (though you could use ctrl-f, I suppose). It has room for one or two more items, like a media clip, but nothing that would allow the kind of searching you’d like to do.

Whereas my personal spreadsheet is more searchable but is very raw data and might take some explaining to understand everything I’ve got going on. In the past I have occasionally made more user-friendly versions of my personal spreadsheet (taking out some of the stuff that’s mainly there for calculation purposes, for example–clearing out the clutter), but those are very outdated now.

      • Melanie Zammit

thanks for the reply! yes i was thinking searching with ctrl+f ..very primitive but gets the job done. the thing is, i mostly use this timeline for reference, for example i want to know when snow’s mother was killed in relation to regina’s timeline. in this case i do not know the specific date so i have to look through the whoooole timeline. whereas if i just search for ava i will skip through the search results quickly… maybe i’m just lazy, us programmers tend to be :P thanks for all the effort you put into this timeline though, i use it quite a lot!!!

        • Keb

Well, feel free to use my spreadsheet for reference too–I’m constantly updating it with the most random of stuff. Like I said, it’s a lot more searchable.

In 404 (The Apprentice) Emma tells Hook “What are your 300?” is he older than Rumple?!

    • http://DanielJLewis.net/about Daniel J. Lewis

      They’re about the same age.

    • Liz

And then Hook contradicts that in 4.06 – Family Business when he says he’s closer to 200 years old so what’s with that?

  • Davey Elmer

Hi, guys. When you next update the timeline, you need to change Emma’s birthdate, as Adam confirmed that it’s October the 23rd.

    • Keb

Can you link me to his statement on that? I believe you and will update it, but I’d like to have the confirmation reference for my notes.

      • Davey Elmer
        • Keb

Actually, that’s not Adam saying it–that’s the article writer saying it. And all the show’s internal evidence (the newspaper in Welcome to Storybrooke, the caption when August realizes she’s in Storybrooke, the fact she’s catching a bail jumper on a date that looks like a Saturday night) suggests that her birthday actually is October 22nd. If A&E ever contradict that, I’ll change it, but for the present I think the stronger evidence is with October 22nd.

          • Davey Elmer

It’s not in quotes, but it’s clearly still part of Adam’s statement about the timeline of the series and can therefore be directly attributed to him.

          • Keb

Except that it directly contradicts several pieces of evidence from the show about when her birthday is. In 218, when August feels his leg turning to wood again, it’s a sign time is moving in Storybrooke. It’s 8:15 AM October 24th where he is, which means it’s happening the exact moment Emma takes the keys on October 23rd at 8:15 PM in Storybrooke. If you look at what happens in the pilot, that is the day AFTER her birthday–which she spends on a date with a perp (also evidence, as Oct. 22nd, 2011, is logically a Saturday; Oct 23rd is a Sunday), Henry coming to find her in the evening. She goes to Storybrooke, drops him off, and then crashes into the sign, waking up the next day (which would be October 23rd) in the jail. That evening, she takes the key at Granny’s and time starts moving in Storybrooke.

In 217, someone is reading a paper dated October 23rd on the first -full- day of the Curse. Emma was born the night before that, because we see the curse overtaking the woods at night and Regina waking up the next morning.

The way it’s phrased in the article is ambiguous enough that I’m not willing to go against other evidence from within the series to change the date yet. I will if Adam insists in direct words, but I think the content of the show still places her birthday on the 22nd.

How about two time lines? One before Storybroke appeared in our world, and one after?

    • Keb

This one currently contains all the events before and after–through about episode 320. I’m still working on the finale and needed to adjust some things along the way.

It will eventually have S4 as well, but you’ll have to be patient.

Episode 4×6 – Family Business – has added a couple crucial points to the pre-curse story-line. It was hard to confirm who knew who first, Snow and Charming/David, or Rumple and Belle. At least from my impressions watching the show.

The new big question I guess is how much time between David meeting Anna and David meeting King George is. Because fairly soon after David met King George he met Snow.

However, it did answer a big question, assuming there wasn’t a mistake made by the writers. How long before the curse/Emma’s birth did David and Snow meet? I suppose the question was technically answered in the season finale/time travel episode last year but I didn’t figure it out then ;) The key is Roland. He proves that Rumple and Belle met first (they met/observed Robin and a very pregnant Mariam). Mariam died (or rather was saved by Emma) shortly after Snow and David met, as per the time travel episode. So Snow and David’s entire pre-curse romance can not have taken longer than a time equal to Roland’s age at the time of the curse.

We know that the series premiere took place Oct 23, 2011, when Emma turned 28. So however much time has happened since then. I’ve estimated 18-20 months before, including the one year jump mid-season 3. That would put it as Apr to Jun 2013. Sort of coincides with what the writer’s have said, that current day Storybrooke is in early 2013 (though the Valentine episode. Episode 1×12 Skindeep. might may such things untenable).

In any case, Roland’s age when we first met him early season 3, that was before the 1 year jump. Due to the 1 year jump his age this season should be pretty close to the child-actor’s age too actually (without including the curse of course ;) ). Approximate Roland’s age, count back to when the curse was broken and time started again, and you got the longest time you can reasonable put between Snow and David meeting, and the curse/Emma’s birth. And that assumes that Mariam had hardly had any time with her infant son prior to her capture by Regina’s minions, so it is likely shorter, but it does provide a pretty hard and firm outside estimate.

    • Keb

Yup…actually, there were quite a few clues before this that suggested that a whole lot of events took place during Belle’s stay at the Dark Castle. By the end of S2 I was having to revise some things to make it work.

Anyway, in S3, Roland’s age (before the missing year) is given as 4. He’s presumably 5, maybe six after the missing year. If we accept that the first season took between six months (my estimate) to a year (early A&E estimate), then he was born about 3 years before the Curse.

I think that “The Snow Queen” took place in between “The Miller’s Daughter” and “The Queen is Dead.”

  • Meredith Pechta

When you start incororating the “Frozen” stuff. I believe that Ingrid the Snow Queen went into the urn between 2:15 “The Queen is Dead” and 2:16 “The Miller’s Daughter. This is based on the age difference between Elsa and Snow White. I think that A Tale of Two Sisters,” “White Out,” “Rocky Road,” “The Apprentice” and “Family Business” all take place after Snow is on the run from Regina, but after she meets Red. 2:7 “Child of the Moon” probably takes place either after or during “Rocky Road” while Anna is traveling to see Rumplestiltskin. I’ve heard the “Shattered Sight” takes place hust after “Breaking Glass.” And I’ve heard a rumor that 4:11 “Heroes and Villains” takes place after “Lacey,’ but before “The Evil Queen.” It might takes place just after “The Evil Queen.” Watch carefully.

  • Meredith Pechta

I’m not compltely sure, but I think that “Heroes and Villains” flashback takes place after “There’s No Place Like Home.” From their easy repor, obviously Belle had been there for a while. Then he did bargain for her, which means he already loved her.
