I know this has been theorized before. Just wanted to add I have found how there are some evolutionary
theories that whales are evolved from wolves.

Here is a link to a site:

Some marine mammals are referred to as “Sea Wolves” but I think It refers more to sea lions.

Oh please no. That would be so weird, seeing as Snow and him had a one-nighter.
Though it could be an easter egg to the comic books Fables (Snow White and Bigby a.k.a. the Big Bad Wolf are married there)!
Then again, it coud be fun. Though, if it were the case, wouldn’t they have made him and Ruby have some kind of interaction before? She appear a few times, but she never interacted with Dr. Whale, did she?

I have always thought that Dr. Whale is the big bad wolf, but knowing the dumbness of the writing it is possible that it will just be Rumpel again.

And the scene where Mary and Whale had a date he is staring at Ruby. That is all their interaction so far.

I think we will be finding out how SNOW WHITE helped RED RIDING HOOD in this episode. … but maybe we are past that.

I don’t think Dr. Whale is the big bad wolf. I don’t have a name, nor do I have screenshots. But in Episode 4 (the one about Cinderella) there is a scene where Emma is questioning Ruby about the whereabouts of Ashley. There was a tow truck operator outside the dinner who dropped Ruby’s car hard on the street. THAT GUY is the wolf; they showed him only briefly.

HOWEVER, that guy has never had a speaking part in the show. So it’s might very well end up Dr. Whale. He and the tow truck guy are the two most likely.

I don’t think it is Billy the tow truck driver just because Ruby seems interested in him. I think Billy was also there when they were at the cave in site in the fifth episode and he was at the bar for the girls night out. And Dr. Whale has came off really creepy and Billy has not, in my opinion.

Billy could be one of the 3 Billy Goats Gruff.

hjbau : maybe that’s part of the curse – making you do things in storybrooke the opposite you’d do in fairy tale land. Red Riding Hood hated the wolf in FTL, but kinda likes him in storybrooke.

David and MM are acting not like themselves from FTL. In fact, they’re acting kinda the opposite.

That is a good pint Malchore. People are so different then themselves. Red is very different then she seems to be in the fairytale land also. That is a very good point. It just seems like most of the characters are aware they are unhappy even if they stay in their unhappy situations. Ruby doesn’t seem unhappy with Billy just unhappy to be working with her Grandmother.
