Maleficent character analysis.
We have not seen Maleficent since the second episode, but I am hoping she will come back with a bang!

and…
She is returning for an episode in May. Woo hoo!

I do believe she is more important than we realize. She may be the key to Regina; with respect how is, what she will do and how she’ll end up. Apparently Mal was reluctant to give up the DC to Regina. She seems to know something about it that Regina doesn’t and tried to explain but was not allowed the opportunity nor listened to. Perhaps she tried it on a smaller scale? Regina alluded to their similarities concerning Snow and Mal to Sleeping Beauty. I believe after this Snow/Charming/ Regina arc is over it isn’t over. We need to see Maleficent and Sleeping Beauty and her Prince’s arc play out and see how Maleficent ended where she ended of failed. Then I do not beieve it is quite over for some funny reason. Maleficent is as key to Regina as Abigail and Frederick are to Snow and Charming.

There was nothing in the original phrase to suggest the power is tranferred except in the case of Rumple killing the Dark One Zoso.

They remind me of old friends who went to school together, Mal being the one who took notes in class, studied for all the exams, and was never tardy, while Regina cut class to smoke out in the parking lot, copied other students’ papers and blew up the lab during potions class.

Love this analogy! 😆

I hope so, since I love Sleeping Beauty, but I doubt they will because of the very ending of the episode and Maleficent being dead. Of course, they could go about 50 different ways with season 2 so I hope I’m wrong. But, I repeat, what do you guys think?

Not necessarily. That can just show the FTL side of her story without the SB. They did bring back the Huntsman without Graham. Sleeping Beauty can can have SB character. Well right now it is safe to say that every FTL person does not have a SB counterpart. David and MM confirming that by calling each other Charming and Snow in the streets of SB.

So….someone tell me this isn’t real – please!
Maleficent is possibly Regina’s sister! Where did that come from???
