What do you think Rumple meant by, “I’m a fan of true love, dearie, and more importantly, what it creates”?

I thought he was referring to Emma, the child, and product or manifestation, of Snow’s and Charming’s true love for each other. He was getting all of his ducks aligned in a row because he knew what was coming. At that point, the curse was completed because he had already used the drop of the potion on the parchment. He then needed Charming to put the remaining potion in the belly of the beast to protect the rest for the coming battle. He needed Snow and Charming to come together and conceive the Savior who could one day break the curse. He knew everything that he was doing.

Keeper of Rumplestiltskin's and Neal's spears and war paint and crystal ball.

He was referring to Emma. The camera then showed Emma right afterwards.

Yeah, but he also could have been talking about the true love potion. That was confirmed at the end of the episode when he tropped the potion down the wishing well. True love creates magic. I think the director was just trying to fool us when the camera turned its focus back on Emma. Yes, she has something to with it, but I honestly think he was talking about the potion he created back in Fairytale land.

True love also created revolutions: “Let’s take back the kingdoms.”

Good point! The feeling that nothing is impossible/everything is possible because there is someone by your side who supports you. hmmm also meaning it gives courage?….
