Thought I’d put up a place to post those filming shots from this episode. What do you all think will feature in this segment?
We know from his twittering that actor Michael Raymond-James, cast as a “mysterious new character” is headed to Vancouver, BC, presumably for episode 2×3.
Here are some first looks of filming shots for episode 3 (assuming they’re now filming in order). Snow’s and Charming’s outfits are really interesting! Rumor has it that episode 3 is actually going to Snow-centric. Perhaps this is when newly-engaged couple Snow and Charming, together with some help from Lancelot, take back the kingdom.
Plus, we have some new spoilers:
A fort with a swing:
A tent in a forest:
Sinqua Walls on set as Lancelot:
Looks like Charming’s mother with a wound in her chest:

Unfortunately I would agree with the theory that this maybe the episode that we find out why we haven’t seen Charming’s mom in Storybrooke because she was killed already in Fairy Tale Land. I only hope that Lancelot isn’t the person that does it like people are theorizing, but he definitely could be if he was hired by King George, since he’s a sword for hire, and season 2 is about redemption. 🙁 Of course, it may just be that his redemption has nothing to do with killing Charming’s mom, but have to do with the love triangle between him, King Arthur, and Guinevere. I really hope so because I really wan to like Lancelot especially after seeing him in his leather pants, and I don’t think I can do that if he had anything to do with Charming’s mom’s death.
There was also a theory that perhaps Charming blames Rumple for his mom’s death which was the cause of the rift between them. That makes sense also, but I wish Charming had brought up the fact that his mom was still in danger in season 1, which should have nullified his deal with Rumple. I just hope it doesn’t come across in season 2 that now all of a sudden Charming is finally interested in his mom being in danger from King George since he apparently forgot all about her in season 1.
As for the picture with the swing, I’ve read that it could either be Neverland or where Snow and Charming hide out. The latter is probably more likely given the tent, and because I don’t think we’ll get any shots of Neverland until episode 4.
I just wonder why there aren’t any pictures of Michael Raymond-James. I’m going to theorize, probably wrongly, that his scenes don’t take place in Fairy Tale-Land yet, so he’s someone we’ll encounter in Storybrooke first like August which might lend more credence to him being Peter or Jack or Bae or Henry’s dad or some combination of those choices.

That certainly looks like a mortal wound on poor MamaCharming. Ya know, this whole time I’d just assumed that Lancelot would be on the good guys’ side. If he’s a lost soul with a desire to regain his honour after being banished, I just figured he’d team up with the good guys. But now it’s looking like George may be one to hire him instead, to off MamaCharming, no less. These pictures do not bode well. 😕 Or maybe someone else kills her and then he comes along and finds her? That’s still a possibility, right?

This quite literally made me LOL! 😆 Also: WORD! 😉

Do we know for sure that the swing and the tent are both the same place though? The fort and swing say “Lost Boys’ house in Neverland” to me, but the tent says “Snowing’s hidden mission command point.” One of them is a structure that can be hastily set up and taken down should the need arise to move on. The other is a permanent fixture where you’d go to chill out. The settings look like different places too. The fort and swing are in a bright, sunny spot, but the tent appears to be deep in the woods.

Yeah, I’m not necessarily expecting him to be someone we see in FTL. After seeing that pic that looks Neverland-ish, I got this whole scene playing in my head where the Lost Boys are running around, trying to find Peter, who has disappeared, then they cut to a present day shot of MRJ in our world…dun dun duuuuunnnnn *dramatic episode ending* *cue next week’s promo featuring Hook*
August 12, 2012 at 5:00 am #153006JosephineParticipantThe swing screams Neverland to me, too. You’re right, Phee, it look too sunny to be deep in the hidden woods.
I’m really getting a Peter Pan feeling. I think M-RJ is going to be our guy.

Yes, I just would have figured since he’s Lancelot that he would just automatically be a good guy, but I guess that might be the twist that he might think he’s honorable because he’s doing what a King wants him to do, but he’s really not being honorable. I hope it’s possible that he’s the one that comes along and finds Mama Charming, but unfortunately I don’t think the chances are going to be that good. It seems a lot like Jiminy’s story in “That Still Small Voice”, so not really looking good for Mama Charming right now.

lol, see I don’t get the fangirling with Rumple in his leather pants because he’s still all Dark Curse one looking in them to me, but I could definitely become a fangirl of Lancelot if he keeps wearing nothing but leather pants.

That makes sense that it’s two different locations. The tent is probably used by Snowing, and the fort/swing is from near the end of the episode when they introduce Neverland to set up Captain Hook for episode 4.
August 12, 2012 at 2:42 pm #153010midnight drearyParticipantWith all these new spoilers, I’m really beginning to think that Bae may be Peter Pan. That would be such a lovely twist. A lot of people held the theory that Bae would turn out to be Peter Pan, but when “The Return” aired, people dropped the idea. But I’m glad to see that a lot of people’s suspicions have turned to be right (possibly). 😉

August 15, 2012 at 12:37 am #153038JosephineParticipantAwww. That is so adorable.
Makes you wonder at what he’d learn from his other grandfather……sorry, I just couldn’t resist saying it. 😆
He’s wearing his school uniform. On Fanforum, it was mentioned that Grace was spotted, too. They must be still going to school. I wonder if Snow is still going to teach. Are they going to continue their jobs? Will Whale still be a doctor? How odd would it be to go to class and have your former queen, assuming Snow White was queen after they took back the kingdom, as your teacher. Since time really hasn’t moved forward all that much Henry must still be in Snow’s class. Maybe they’ll carpool to school together since I’d imagine that they’ll all be living together…Snow, Charming, Emma and Henry.

Here are the pics from a Jefferson-Grace reunion: 😛
Plus, some more photos of PC walking Henry to school. Plus, we see King George’s SB counterpart watching PC and Henry: http://www.examiner.com/article/once-upon-a-time-season-2-set-photos-and-spoilers-charming-details
