Not to be a Debbie Downer, but is anyone else not that thrilled with the direction of season 2? We still have the duality of flashbacks, but it seems like an entirely different show with everyone remembering who they were at once. I would be a much happier camper if everyone got their memories back over a logner period of time. Add to the equation that Magic is back in town, and you might as well have sent everyone back to Far Far Away.

That being said, I will all but literally glue my eyes to my TV for the premiere.

I’ll reserve judgement until it actually starts again, but honestly this is a more exciting option for me. I think if the memories coming back were gradual it would start to feel like the show’s always stuck at square one – which would really frustrate me.

When it’s presented that the characters are now going to be combining their old lives with the personas they’ve lived as for 28 years – to angst ridden ends, that magic is going to be unpredictable (not an instant power upgrade for Rumple or Regina or Blue Fairy) – I’m intrigued and excited for next sunday!
