Is Prince Philip dead?

So is Prince Philip dead or are we going to be dealing with a well of souls concept this season with soul sucked people who can be rescued?

If we’re going to be dealing with souls, it might be a good tie-in with either Hades or Ursula.
That being said, I don’t think Phillip is dead. His soul is merely trapped in the medallion therein, instigating/assuring that he will remain asleep ( much like Aurora was ) until his soul can be returned to him.

That also means someone needs to find a way to release his soul & you have to wonder if each wraith has their own medallion or if that one medallion contains many other souls.

I hope he’s not dead-dead (plus he was great eye candy and one of the few guys using an accent!). I can easily see the writing team doing something involving getting his soul back. The Hades or Ursula tie-in would make sense, I agree. Maybe he’ll come back at some point and a kiss will do the trick. From Mulan perhaps, after Aurora can’t do it?

I think it would be ironic & cute if it was indeed a kiss that woke him up / returned his soul to him.

I wonder if Prince Phillips’ character will get side tracked like August and/or Jefferson??? I still think the wraith that got Prince Phillip was summoned by Gold… 😐
(back on topic) I don’t think Prince Phillip is exactly dead nor is he currently among the living. Something tells me someone is going to have to… go get his soul and that the price they pay is going to be hefty

This was the season premiere which answered at least some of the big questions from the finale. You can’t expect these guys from Lost to answer everything and not ask a new question, can you?

I really hope it’s not Mulan who needs to give Philip’s true love’s kiss. I don’t know why (bad acting?) but I really didn’t like her. It’s weird because I was all geared up to like her…
