In one scene you hear shrieking and someone said… “THOSE are the screams of the souls as they try to escape.” Does that mean the souls that are stolen by the WRAITH can escape there capture…. Will this happen in this Sleeping Beauty / Phillip / Mulan story line?
Any thoughts on this???

From what I gather I think it is possible to return a sucked soul. I’d imagine we see this explored later on again but if it can be done… I’d think the process would be a very difficult one.
I think all you need to do is probably smash the medallion and it frees the souls and kills the wraiths.

WONDER if melting the medallion would work in the same way??? But melting might harm the souls.

I hadn’t thought of melting. That would probably work too if it’s protected by magic.

If the medalian is anything like the shell that Ursula kept Ariel’s voice trapped in then all you would have to do is smash it. (Only thing I could think to compare it to!) Then the souls would be released, soar back to the body in which they were sucked out of and they would be saved/ revived.
I just think a metal medallion would resist being smashed… that is why I thought of melting it.
Shells will smash but do not think a medallion would ….. if you hit it with a hammer it would just flatten.

Agree- esp given Gold is one of the softest metals around.
Not sure how they could get them from the medallion per say, maybe they are able to find another portal to the wraiths world? Or trapping the wraith & then be able to transverse into the medallion.@FairyTalePrincess wrote:

I hadn’t thought about the Little Mermaid but using a really BIG hammer would probably work too. It would be awesome if Thor’s hammer showed up in FT world and Emma used that to destroy the amulet.
