More than ever, I think Cora is the QoH. She had a heart-shaped pendant on her necklace and a heart on her book of spells. Finally, she went through the looking glass, which we know is the portal to Wonderland. Finally, we know she’s alive in the present-day FTL remnant that survives, which makes me think the different worlds collided as a result of the curse.

I hope that the different worlds collided after the curse, I prefer the worlds being separate and slightly cut-off from one another.
Also liked the idea that Charming had no idea about Wonderland, and was only familiar with the concept because of his time spent as David Nolan.

That’s the big question- and part of why I think she can’t actually be the Queen of Hearts, and instead we were misled. The writers knew that fans suspected that Cora was the Queen of Hearts, so played upon that suspicion quite well, until it was revealed that Cora is actually in FTL.

They’re from different lands. Wonderland could have become destroyed, and the only remanent is a combo of all the different lands fused together. The reason Cora is a prisoner in this remanent is because she is the QoH and a threat.

But how would Mulan and Prince Phillip even know that Cora was a threat at all? Cora presumably wasn’t all that well-known way back when, and if Charming didn’t know of Wonderland, how would Mulan and Phillip?
Or she could have done something else after the possible land-melding to be thrown into the pit.

My guess would be that she went through the mirror in to Wonderland, went about gaining power to become the Queen, and then when the curse struck the world’s merged and she ended up in current fairy tale land. I only have one issue here, and that’s the time difference. Regina’s wedding was many, many years ago. So how come Cora looks the same age as she did then? I suppose it’s possible that she went directly from the mirror to present-day. Or maybe you don’t age in Wonderland?

It’s very possible she didn’t age in Wonderland, or that she conjured enough magics to retard her aging and keep her at the same age visually.

It seems weird that of the sightings of Cora on set for later episodes, she's always in blue/black/green – not red. I'm sure I'm just getting hang-up on details here, but it seems like current Cora would want to broadcast for all to know that she is a queen in her own right – THE Queen of Hearts.
But, it is probably a post-Alice Wonderland now. It even looks like Cora is going to be in the refugees' pit next week to confront Snow and Emma. Wonder if Alice put her there? 😀
