Hi everyone!
My name is Robynne. I live about an hour north of Toronto, Ontario in Canada, and I’m super pumped to be here. I got introduced to Once Upon a Time by my friend while we were travelling on vacation in England this summer. We watched the entire season in about 4 weeks by watching one or two episodes every night before bed. haha. I fell in love immediately. I love pretty much all the characters, but I especially think the dynamic between Rumplestiltskin and Regina are great. I’m also a Rumbelle fan and I think Emma is hardcore. I’m in LOVE with the acting, and since I would very much like to write for a living one day, I’m in awe at how good the writing is in this show.
I look forward to participating in the discussions and I’ve just started listening to the podcast, so I look forward to catching up on that.

Midnight: They seem to be the characters you either love or hate to love. I’ve always been a bit of a fan of the anti-heroes and so I definitely love them. haha.
Obisgirl: Unfortunately I’m around Toronto, which is approximately a 40-odd hour drive from BC. haha. Pretty much anyone in middle-America or anywhere on the Western seaboard is almost guaranteed to be closer than I am. xD Utah is closer. Even Texas is closer. haha. Very unfortunately. ;-;
I have been to BC though, because I have gobs of relatives there (all my cousins and uncles on my dad’s side) and it’s beautiful. I absolutely love it. I would go back in a heartbeat if I had the money. Heck, if I can find a job out there, I’d go now. xD One day I’ll make it back. And who knows– if Once lasts long enough, maybe I’ll pop by Stevenson as well. ^^
If any of the Once cast are coming to Toronto for any of the cons or festivals, though, I am so going.
Welcome, Robynne! Since you’re a writer, do you have a link to anything you’re written? Also, would you share what your screen name means (if it’s not too personal).
Lisa: I could probably put a link to my fanfiction page in my signature… but I don’t have any Once fanfic yet. I only got into the show this August, so I’m pretty new. I’ve only watched the episodes once, with the exception of Skin Deep, which I’ve seen twice and once with commentary. xDDD If anyone likes Sweeney Todd, I have a few stories about that. Or do you think I should wait until I get Once sorted out and start producing some fics about that? (Hopefully by next week I should have at least a short one-shot, if all goes well.)
Also, my screen name really just evolved from an inside joke with one of my friends. My screen name at the time was always ‘Sox’ (my aunt gave me a neopets account when I was 12 and ever since then, my internet name was Sox), and my friend was really obsessed with Jaime Foxx the actor at the time. She combined the names and it became Sox + Jaime Foxx = Saime Joxxers and ever since that I’ve used that screen name. I like it because nobody else has it or anything similar, and that way anything that’s ‘Saime Joxxers’ all across the whole internet is most likely guaranteed to be me. haha. It also means I don’t have to use numbers or spaces because for any website, the name is likely to be available. Not really an interesting story. haha.
