I definitely think Hook is the same age as Rumple, since as Nonnie said, we see a flashback of both of them before Rumple became the Dark One. I think Hook’s youth has been preserved by living in Neverland and then by the dark curse. We know Hook ends up in the Enchanted Forest, so now that Emma broke the curse, I think Hook will start to age normally.

Robert Carlyle also tweeted last Feb. or March that Rumples was many centuries old. My thoughts are that Hook ended up in Neverland via one of the missing beans and that’s why he hasn’t aged either. Had hoped that Bae would have followed his bean through Neverland as well on his way to the real world. Looking more likely as who better than Bae to be Peter and take revenge on Hook for his mother Milha.
