Smee is a purveyor of things that folks need to find (like Jefferson?????) How did Smee end up working for Belle’s dad in SB, when Hook is still in Neverland? Where are the other Pirates? Smee’s red cap…is it…?

I think if people just have a need to procure or find things, they go to him. I don’t think he has loyalty to anyone except for maybe himself.
