It was speculated that Ruby wearing red, drove some of Whale/Frankenstein’s affections. I think it may have somthing to do with the fact she’s a wolf. I think were gonna see that Whale’s World (hehe) has some monsters, maybe experiments, maybe alongthe lines of the wolfman. There has allready been talk of vampires, I think werewolves are right their next to that. Also women connections
I don’t know much abotu the wizard’s back story their might be some connections there,
and then of course theirs the bride of frankenstein.

😮[adrotate group="5"]Uh, I think the tiny hot pants that Ruby was wearing that night in the dinner (forcing Whale’s attention away from MM) played a role. Certainly caught my attention. 😉
Most men (and some women, even straight ones, like seriously. Those minishorts. Hubba hubba) would be distracted by Ruby. She is like, super hot and confident about it. It doesn’t help that Whale is a bit of a womanizer, so he was even more impacted by it than say, Charming.
The Wolfman and Frankenstein have appeared together in various movies. They are enemies. Perhaps Dr. Whale felt drawn to her because of that connection.
I also think it’s a possibility that werewolves may have originated in Dr. Whale’s world and migrated to FTL. Maybe his world is Transylvania, where we’ll see Dracula, who was shown in may horror movies controlling the Frankenstein monster. Dracula is after all, considered the Prince of Darkness. Victor’s Prince?

Yeah I don’t think it’s that complicated Ruby looked ridiculously hot in those booty shorts that will fascinate a lot of men.

They made a comment in the podcast how red was the only colour we saw in his otherwise black and white world. I think that Whale may be refered to a wizard by Jefferson because Jefferson and Granny may have asked Whale for Ruby’s cloak. Granny said something about getting the cloak from a wizard in Red Handed.
I had a thought the other day that perhaps Granny got the coat for Red’s mother. When Red’s mother was killed and Red started wolfing out, Granny passed the cloak onto Red.
