THE NIGHTMARE;
Aurora and Henry both descibe the same nightmare…. sounds like a prison room in WONDERLAND where the QofH / CORA has them captured. Are they sensing each other?
My other guess is that they each feel the presence of CORA as the other person in the room.
What do you think.

[adrotate group="5"]I actually think Henry and Aurora saw each other through the flames..which is even weirder! I also thought of the Queen of Hearts when they mentioned the red. I really don’t want Henry to be trapped in a room though! Ahh!
I think it may have had to do something with Maleficent. Aurora was under the sleeping curse set by her, and Henry has been affected by the same curse. Unless it was Rumple staring back at them both-the description of the red room and red curtains reminded me of the room in his castle where the large table was.
I don’t know what it could be, but I think they saw each other. And that probably there is the clue to communicate between worlds.
I’m going out on a limb and guessing right now that this is the way to communicate between FTL and SB
It would give Aurora a bigger role in the series and they indicated there’s a price to pay for the direct line of communicationNotice the subtle differences in what each of them said..
Aurora said, “He was staring…”
Henry said, “She was staring…”
This is why I assume each of them saw the other person in the corner of the room; if it was just Cora or Rumpelstiltskin, they would have used the same pronoun.
Also, I agree that this is how the two worlds will possibly communicate. I just don’t know the fire portion…possibly if you use it for too long or too often, you become trapped in that room?
I don’t know what the room is about, but did anyone else find the description of the nightmare (especially when coupled with the soundtrack) incredibly terrifying? xD I spent the entire episode going “PLEASE don’t let any other characters share the same nightmare. PLEASE don’t let them have the same nightmare” but I knew they would. xD
I’m wondering if it’s Cora, or if they’re seeing each other, or Rumple… but do you think they might be bringing in something completely different? Like, some Big Bad Evil for the final battle or something extra terrifying from another world or something? I don’t know. I do like the idea, though, of it being communication. That’d be cool. Although, again, kind of terrifying. O_O
I love the inclusion of this, though. I never considered that there might be lasting effects. =/
And Snow was obviously lying about the nightmares ending.
Did anyone else notice Neal’s reaction to the dream catcher? When Emma described it, he was certainly eager to have it with them.

That might be true. A summary for a future epp says that Rumple and Regina will have to put David's life in danger to contact FTL
