So I posted this on Facebook and got shot down, but I’ll give it another go. The red room in Henry and Aurora’s dream seems descriptive of a royal courtroom, and the color “Red” sounds a tiny bit descriptive of the Queen of hearts. Of course there was a “he” AND a she seen in this dream. Could the Sandman (a mythical character who sprinkles dust in the eyes of children to give them “good” dreams) be involved? Or Morpheus (the god of sleep)? Maybe not, since I doubt gods fit into this fairy tale universe. But when was the last we seen the Queen of hearts anyway? I’m wondering if she might return as a big time villain.

I like the idea of the Sandman in the FairyTale universe. Even while gods are not part of fairy tale universe, remember Andersen’s character Ole Lukoie (I don’t know how the name of the character is in English. Maybe Ole close-your-eyes or something like that? in Spanish, “pegaojos” :S :S). His scope was more or less the same and is a fairy tale character.

Regarding the Queen of Hearts… maybe Cora or one of her allies? I think there is still lots of thinks to learn about Wonderland and its inhabitans -at least I hope so-

Yep, I love the idea of the Once universe being expanded to include the Sandman’s dream world. And who’s to say that the writers won’t take a liberty and make him a bad guy who might be after the children of story brook? The other thing that’s cool is that Regina is no longer the ultimate bad ass of the show. I’m sure we’ll see a few more power players besides Cora appear in the future.
