I don’t know if anyone posted this already but here’s my thoughts.
I was thinking about The Doctor episode today and how Victor’s brother was stitched together.
Now if the black and white world has other classic monsters, maybe the Wolf man or Dracula attacked Victor’s brother and ripped him to shreds. Then Victor would have to stitch him together, at least the parts that remained….and probably replace some parts.

Or maybe his brother was killed in an experiment or lab explosion by Victor, but I like the other idea better cause then maybe we will get a monster vs Wolf man showdown 😀

Anyway after his bro was revived, I guess it all went down in like the original story: death. mad townspeople and torches.
Maybe Victor even made a bride for his brother so he wouldn’t be lonely 😀
Regina said she brought who she wanted with the curse, and she doesn’t care about Victor’s brother or knows about him so that’s why he wasn’t brought to our world. I guess maybe he’s left alone in the black and white world or with the other monsters.

Though in some ways, I hope that if they do a Wolf man story that it would focus on Ruby.

I’m thinking there’s an Abel-and-Cain situation there. Victor doesn’t just miss his brother; he’s obsessed with overcoming his brother’s early death. Maybe Dr. Victor Henry Jekyll Frankenstein had to stop his murderous brother William Edward Hyde Frankenstein by any means necessary and hasn’t been able to shed the guilt.

That could work too. But something must have happened to Victor’s bro so that Victor needed to stitch him back together. I mean if the body was in one piece, I don’t see why Victor would take it apart and then put it back together again, unless it was vital to the process somehow.
