Speculation on Mystery Man

Well. Apparently, we find out who the mystery man is today, so I figured today I’d share my idea. Warning, I have no evidence for it. I came with it a while ago in the hope of some day writing a fan fiction. Basically, hes the real prince james. He never really died, rumple used his magic. When he got cremated, rumple used that fire as a test for the curse, sending him to our world. He forced himself to believe the enchanted forest was all a dream and created Neal. Inside august’s box was a dragon’s head. And he was still too much Neal for August to trust him with Emma. That’s why he was willing to leave. He knew he was wrong. Of course, what makes this partially likely is that it will confuse the family tree even more, Emma having a baby with her uncle.
