I just saw a twitter rumor (said it was a rumor) about Colin O’Donoghue (Captain Hook) and an on-screen adatption of Fifty Shades of Grey (I’m assuming it’s a movie). If that’s true, how will he have time to film a movie and be Captain Hook, too? Is this a clue that we shouldn’t get too comfortable with the idea of seeing him on our favorite show for a long-term basis?

Ugh, I just don’t care anymore. 😆 People, he’s a series regular! He isn’t going anywhere. Emilie de Ravin is also filming a movie, but the producers have comfirmed that it won’t interfer with her OUAT schedule. So please don’t worry about Colin. He’s going to be fine. 😉

Many actors shoot movies during hiatus of the show.

Really? Another one of these things? Of course Colin is working on other projects. He’s an actor. Robert Carlyle and Emilie de Ravin were also working on other movies while simultaneously working on Once Upon a Time. It comes with the occupation.

HE’S A SERIES REGULAR! Enough with these posts. He is going to be on this show for a very LONG time, so you can stop worrying and just ENJOY the show, and the fact that we have 21 days until the next episode!

If this is true (and, this is the internet so that is a big IF), I’m sure he’s just lining up work for when Once goes on it’s next break between seasons 2 and 3. Actors do that all the time. No big deal.

I didn’t know he was a series regular! That is depressing (not a huge Hook fan)….

But yes, Eddie and Adam have said many-a-time that the other actors can be in other shows/movies and *sometimes* it can be a scheduling nightmare, but it always works out in the end (i.e. Jamie came back for like a day to shoot the finale last season since he was in the UK filming a movie at the same time – he still came, shot, appeared, etc). 🙂

Depressing? I like Hook, and want him with Emma, but I wouldn’t be depressed if Neal stuck around too.

There has been discussion online for ages, ever since the books came out, where various fandoms have suggested that “their” guy should play Christian Grey in the movie adaption. There shouldn’t be ANY stock put in such fan talk. The movie isn’t close to being made yet, and hasn’t been cast. If you need proof, here’s an article from Dec 14th, and you can’t get much more up to date than that:
