That is the license plate number on the yellow bug when Neal meets August in Vancouver in the Tallahassee ep.. I hadn’t noticed it until I re-watched it. I’ve been looking for a discussion on this but haven’t found one so far. Anyone have a hunch about its meaning, if it even has one?
