Ahh, thank you for posting! So, it looks like we will be seeing some bad giant CGI after all 😉 And I think I saw Belle freaking out.
That scene of Belle going crazy is when Ruby visits. Does Ruby morph into a wolf to convince her magic exists? Or maybe amnesia Belle just is crazy and that’s why Nurse Ratched is there.

Interesting that Anton is big in our world, at least at first. I thought when Cora/Regina brought him through he’d be tiny already!

The dodgy CGI will be in flashbacks. I expect the stuff where he’s big in SB will be fine, because the background won’t be digitally created. That was the big problem with his last ep, they just didn’t do a good enough job of his giant’s lair. Hopefully they’ve improved it for this ep.

I don’t like seeing mean Nurse Ratched being in charge of looking after Belle.

He’ll have to start out small, because we’ve seen him being discovered in the cage on the boat. Then I guess Regina will make him big again (we know they have a scene together where she implies she can help him) so he can wreak some havoc. Then there are pics of the scene in Granny’s where he appears to be holding a potion bottle, so I’m guessing the misunderstanding gets resolved and he takes something to shrink him again.
We haven’t really seen the nurse act that mean. We’ve only seen her as a stoic receptionist. She was probably the one who took care of Belle all those years, and she was called in to help Belle calm down. Belle’s Storybrooke persona is likely one of someone who believes herself to be crazy and has always been told it was so. I don’t think she has complete amnesia- she probably has a whole false identity with false memories, and I’m sure at the very least she remembers being locked up in the asylum. As far as she knows, she suddenly woke up in the middle of the street with searing pain and a strange man yelling and then wielding magic. No wonder she is freaking out! I wonder if Ruby is trying to convince her of magic again. It is so nice to see that Ruby comes to visit her- she was her first friend in Storybrooke after all.

I’m just afraid they are going to lock her away again 🙁 Wonder how the visit from Ruby ties in with Greg talking to Belle…if he got to her first he may have made her believe she couldn’t trust anyone so no matter what Ruby tells her she may freak out. I don’t know if I believe Ruby would just go up to her and try to convince her of magic…Maybe she was trying to tell her about her relationship with Gold to jar her memory or something and because Belle associates Gold with magic she freaks out. Right now I’m not sure if Belle is acting the way she is because of what she saw or because she truly is a mental patient…I guess Regina might have seen making her crazy as some kind of poetic justice since she was in love with Rumple (in Regina’s mind …that it would have been crazy to be in love with Rumple).
If I’ve learnt one with from this show, it’s that Promos can be misleading. We were only shown half a second of that scene, so we don’t know why Belle flipped out or if the Nurse is a cruel woman. I didn’t think she was mean when I first saw her in season 1. But if she is mean to her, then I’m sure Red would put a stop to it.
But one question, how do we know she is Nurse Ratched. I’d never heared of her before so I did a search on her, and from what I read she’s a mean lady. But I don’t know what points to the nurse being her?As for the CGI, I’m not too fussed. I mean it is a TV show, so they don’t have as much time as a movie does to film and then do the CGI. I admit, it could be better, but then again the amazing acting makes up for it 🙂
