I’m going to be bold and daring and go out on a limb and say that this has NOTHING to do with Regina.

Or rather, it has to do with a different Queen, like Cora. I’ll lay odds that this is Cora’s last episode and this will be when Regina turn on her mother and destroys her.

    Thanks for the new information.

Mmm, so the next few episodes are about Snow, Cora, Greg(?), August, Neal (probably), and then Regina. I don’t know if we’ll get another Emma-centric this season. Maybe, but I’m guessing that the last two episodes will be like the last two episodes last year, so they won’t be centered around just one person.

I’m wondering if they’re going to surprise us, kill off Cora in this episode and have Greg end up being a way bigger threat than expected and have the finale deal with resolving that issue

I think this is the most likely scenario. We will learn Cora’s backstory and her history with Rumple in “The Millers Daughter” and then the few episodes after that deal with her terrorizing SB and the location of her heart (which I predict is on Hook’s ship) and then she is dispatched in this episode. Our heroes think they’ve in the clear, and then suddenly news vans start rolling into SB because of Greg and the video he sent “HER”

Is this the story of Henry’s Mother the queen?

Regina was always called “The Evil Queen” As I theorized in my blog post announcement (please tweet, like, +1, Stumble, and reshare!), I think we may see Regina unleash the evil queen inside her in Storybrooke.

Daniel, I agree that Regina was always called the Evil Queen but these are the writers we’re talking about. It’s possible that this may refer to more than one Evil Queen, ie: Regina in Storybrooke (taking down Cora most likely) but the FTL flashback is something else.
I’m just putting it out there since episodes like “Tallahassee” showed that episode titles are often very misleading.

It must be Blue Fairy centric 😆

I agree that it’s a title to throw us off. If it is about Regina it will be about her redemption or something about that. I doubt she’s going to snap. Perhaps, it refers to Cora. We’ll just have to wait for more screen caps. This whole season has been about Cora as the big bad and Regina trying to get Henry back so it will be interesting to see what this episode title really means.
