What are some of your tv/movie fandoms your into that more obscure and less popular than OUAT, LOST, Star Trek, etc.?

I have many but some include:

    – Sir Arthur Conan Doyles The Lost World (As mentioned before on the forum, I love this 3 season tv series and have read the original novel and have seen other versions of the tale)
    – Tremors (The 4 films and the short lived tv series)
    – Lazytown (scared me at first but now my son and I Iove the series for all its over the top visuals, music, and cultural weirdness. I’ve seen them all including the Icelandic stageplays.)
    – Ancient Aliens (only seen the first 3 seasons but love all the Giorgio Tsukolous memes online. lol)

So many other shows and movies…though they don’t have specific fandoms online per say….

I have a LOT of them… well, actually i’m more in the literature fadom, but still…

    In tv/film:
+ LOTR/Hobbit, all Tolkien stuff -also novels, literature and scholarship (a proud historical/medieval linguist here ^^)
+ Star Wars -since my teens-
+ Game of Thrones -also both, series and books.-
    + The Vampire Diaries
+ Dr. Who -lots, lots of Dr. Who. New and old series. from the 1st 1963’s dr. ^^ –
+ Being Human -UK’s version. But US’s is also fine.

    Books:
    + Discworld
    + Sandman comicbook
    + Dragonlance
+ Sagas of icelanders -really, to much fun, magic and adventure. A must read.
+ Other medieval stuff -Beowulf, Nibelungenlied, Volsungasaga, etc…
(and yes, all those medieval things have their own fandom. As I said, too much fun 😆 )

These are all I can thing about right now. It is more. I’m sure it is more…. It is ALWAYS more. That is the reason i love posts like this one: you can always find new stories!!!

A lot, and I mean a *lot* of my free time is spent on Japanese street fashion, namely lolita. I’m the moderator of my local community so that’s a lot of event planning and promotion and stuff. It’s kind of great because all of the ladies in our group all have their different styles and are a lot of fun. I’ve been really into collecting fairy tale themed dresses and prints- I have quite a few. (And several of the Japanese brands have released fairy tale themed prints this summer, so I guess that’s where my money is going. Oh nooooo)

Also, it’s a less active fandom these days- but the specific part of Harry Potter fandom knows as “Wizard Rock”. Essentially bands that sing about Harry Potter. I am a crazy fan of “Harry and the Potters” and have even housed a basement concert in the past. ^_^

    I also like some kind of weird video games. I’m a fan of Pop ‘n’ Music, which is a music rhythm game that never found much market outside of Japan. I think there was a wii version but it was terrible. ~_~;;
