After some close looking, people determined that he might be John Pyper-Ferguson who was cast as ‘Ben’ for episode 17. This is a little confusing, though, as they are supposed to be shooting episode 19 (‘Lacey’) right now. People are also summarizing he could be Keith, who is supposed to be a guest star in episode 19. Perhaps he is Robin Hood?
There is also a report that he was filming with Robert and Emilie.

Doesn’t look like John Pyper-Ferguson to me. This guy looks younger than him.
If he was shooting with Emilie and Robert, then I’d guess he’s Robin Hood, considering we’re expecting to see him stealing magic from Rumple in flashbacks this ep.
Yeah, don’t think its him. Googling him made it clear to me, and even remembering John Pyper-Ferguson in She’s the Man, that was 7 years ago and this guy looks younger than John did then.

He reminds me of the guy who plays Liam Spencer on The Bold and the Beautiful. That’s not who it actually is, but now that I’ve got that idea wedged in my brain, there’s no way I can figure out who else he looks like. Interesting that there was no casting announcement. Maybe they wanna keep this character’s ID under wraps for a bit longer if he’s gonna be someone major like Robin Hood?

If you watch the promo closely- this is the same actor who tells [rumple?], “he goes by Robin Hood.” He’s in some FTL in the promo but the pic above suggests he’s also in SB. He must be someone from the RH plot line – Sheriff of Nottingham perhaps?
