Sorry if this thought was posted elsewhere.
Posting here because of Neal mentioning Fate during bar scene with Emma.More proof that BF is the higher power that is pulling the strings.
In the song that Jiminy Cricket sings (“When You Wish Upon a Star”) from Disney’s Pinocchio, he literally says that Fate is the Blue Fairy.

I agree Blue is pulling the strings and is the puppet master in basically everything, BUT is she doing it for some noble purpose or nefarious? That’s the question. I lean toward the latter because I think Sneaky Fairy is Sneaky.
