I had an idea today while browsing my Twitter Feed and saw that the new Revolution Webisodes was up. Anyway wouldn’t it be awesome if Once did that over the summer? 30 min morsels of Once all in early Storybrooke? No Ftl scenes with FX to drive up cost etc. It could be used to tie up loose ends etc that way they avoid all the filler episodes durning regular season and we can avoid Any Dreamy type episodes. Perhaps some more info on Emma or Neal the past 10 years. Etc
[adrotate group="5"]Interesting idea but for now at least I’d be surprised if they did that simply because any good ideas can be tucked away for future use elsewhere whether it’s a line or a brief scene, they may need it someday to tell a bigger story. That would be my guess (though I wouldn’t be opposed to more new content over the summer!)

Don’t think it would happen, at least not in this capacity. The summer is a chance for the cast and crew to take a well deserved break, and plenty of them work on other projects during that timespan.

I think they could do webisodes with minor characters that don’t affect the main storylines. For example, we could have a webisode about Sneezy/Mr Clark and what he’s been up to since he lost his memory and how he reacts to everyone talking about a giant rampaging through town. We could have a webisode about Cinderella and Thomas and what they’ve been doing since getting their memory back. You would think they would have at least approached Charming about the thought Rumple might come after them again.
Webisodes would need to be something that you don’t have to see in order to keep track of the story but would just add a little bit of background detail.

Thing is,what Sneezy/Clark was doing after he lost his memory could be very important to the main plot.Not saying he could be some kind of a schemer,but the point is that even the most paltry of things are very closely connected to the main action and therefor should be clumped together with the full ep.
