    I think it’s Tamara...and that units Snow and Regina…

I don’t think it is Tamara because Neal isn’t going to find out about Tamara’s true colours for a long while. If Tamara was a big enough threat to unite Snow and Regina then Neal couldn’t not know about Tamara’s true intentions.

Also, Lana Parrilla tweeted some time ago how much she enjoyed filming this episode so I’m still positive it’s greatly about Regina.
Tamara admitted she’s non-magical so somehow I cannot imagine any Evil Queen that couldn’t use a spell or two…

I recall reading somewhere that while Neal and nobody else wouldn’t know, we would I will look for it and edit this post when I find it. Also, she never said she was non-magical. She said she was ” quite human”. Which she is, obviously at this point. Doesn’t mean she’s always been only human. She’s lying about loving Neal, having cancer, etc. why trust her now? The interview with Jane said, “she could be lying *wink*”.
The set pics for 2×21 and 2×22 show Regina happily on the ship with Emma, Charming, Snow, etc. With this development, it makes sense that either it’s either more Regina backstory, her redemption, OR, it is someone else entirely. Would a redemption ep be called the Evil Queen? It’s possible. But it is also possible it could be revealed to us alone that this is Tamara’s origin.

What do I actually think will happen? I have no idea, 😆 😆 😆 I actually haven’t formed a theory yet, but there’s my take on the possibilities!

There has been surprisingly little buzz about this episode, which only makes me more curious about it. I believe it is primarily about Regina. I seem to remember that she has a nice little scene with Henry, because I remember her tweeting about it, calling Jared a “sweetheart” in their scene. It sounds like redemption to me.

I hope it’s redemption. But at the same time, for season 3 she might loose some of her character, unless of course she is redeemed but still has a sass and struggles a bit, (much like Xena.) It could also be Regina redeeming, and at the same time Snow’s heart getting darker where you notice it more. That would be interesting, a bit of a twist. hmmm….I hate Hiatus. Lana does say that she plays the evil queen but in a whole NEW way. Also she has a big role in the Finale. 😛

I thought Lana also said something about Rumpel, that before Regina thought of their rivalry as more of a game, but now she is really going to get serious.

“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass

Maybe she finds out that Rumpel may be a danger to Henry (although I don’t think he is, really).

I think the episode is titled “The Evil Queen” simply because we’ll see in the flashback the moment Snow, realizing Regina’s true colors, added “Evil” to Regina’s “The Queen”, as mentioned in “The Queen is Dead”. Whatever plot is intended to parallel that is still up in the air for me.

I believe this will serve as a two part story, we know the events leading up to Regina’s descent to evil, but I agree that this episode may either show the evil she did to gain that title, or the missing parts between her fail to bring back Daniel and going back to Rumple. I think more happened, especially if she did lose a baby or something.
Yet on Storybrookes part, this episode more than likely is going to be about her Redemption, Jane Espenson said a lot of Regina in this, so this may be the all out Redemption episode because she must have made peace with Charmings somehow since she’s on Hook’s ship with them in spoiler photos.
