ABC posted a new 30-sec promo called “The Fight for Storybrooke.” http://beta.abc.go.com/shows/once-upon-a-time
It’s an animated promo that features Emma and Henry running from SB back to the EF. They’re running from Rumple, Regina, Hook and a dragon (could be Pinocchio’s Dragon, Maleficient, or even Tamara?). It could be indicative of events yet to come leading up to the S2 finale.[adrotate group="5"]"That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. April 11, 2013 at 12:57 pm #185577RumplesGirlKeymasterThe dragon is interesting. At first I just thought: Maleficant, but given that we havne’t seen her at all this season, I’m not sure why Emma and Henry are running from her. Unless this has nothing to do with the season finale, but that doesn’t add up. What if Emma and Henry aren’t running from Rumple, Regina, Hook and the dragon, but rather Everyone is running from the Dragon. We know Tamara tazed his powers, maybe that means the tazer absorbed them? Maybe now she can use those powers herself?

Yeah, those are some of the same thoughts I’ve been having. Tamara is stealing magic for her own use, potentially, and so now she has the powers she stole from the Dragon.

Based on this promo, I’m starting to wonder if the Charmings indeed return to the EF rather than NL."That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. When you leave it, there’s this feeling that you can’t shake. You just miss it." Neal Cassidy

Something interesting I noticed about the promo was the style it was made in. It wasn’t just animated like a cartoon, it was done in the style of a puppet show hence the figures’ rigidity and the visible sticks. The dragon at the end was just a dragon head on a stick.
Rumple’s figure was wearing his Storybrooke clothes whilst Regina’s was wearing an evil queen dress. Why the distinction between the two? Hook was also seen to be chasing Emma and Henry. Could it be that those chasing Emma and Henry represent some sort of danger to the two of them?
All magic comes with a price!

Oh, good catch! It could be Tinker Bell! Also, in the very first part featuring the EF pop-up, there is a winged creature that looks like a yellow butterfly. Maybe it’s actually a fairy who escapes before the curse hit (again possibly Tinker Bell).

Yeah, I think the promo is done that way to make it appear more childlike.

I think Rumple and Regina appear as their fairytale selves to make the threat more foreboding. Same goes for Hook. The dragon could be a metaphoric danger and represent Tamara, who might’ve stolen the Dragon’s powers. I like your idea that these are villains and could represent a threat to Emma and Henry.
The title Fight for Storybrooke makes me think the finale battle could be between Tamara, the outside world, and the town’s fairytale residents. The fact that Henry and Emma are fleeing is similar to spoilers we’ve been seeing from the finale when Tamara kidnaps Henry to another world and Emma and the other main characters follow on Hook's ship.

“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass

The song is called “Dirty Paws” by Of Monsters And Men.
