Yes! Initial thoughts:
1) Rumple will teach Regina to shape-shift, perhaps into a peasant or even into Snow White.
2) There’s more than one evil queen. Did anyone else notice the dragon? Maleficent!
3) Regina discovered the beans. I predict she wants to take Henry with her to another land. Yet, Henry fears Regina will murder everyone else in his family, so he calls her a villain and refuses to go.
4) Tamara kidnapped Captain Hook so he would help her take down Rumple. If she steals the Dark One’s powers, Rumple can be killed by normal means."That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. When you leave it, there’s this feeling that you can’t shake. You just miss it." Neal Cassidy

Regina and Hook working together: is it possible that the torture scene from the last promo is all a set up?

The canadian promo was a little different, it should Emma finding a note (from Tamara I’m guessing) that had the names of all the Storybrooke people with their FTL personas next to them, so I’m thinking they’re going to catch on to Owen/Tamara pretty quickly

Hey so my parents live in Vancouver and their neighbour was at a dog park where they’ve done Once filming before (I’ve seen pictures of dogs around a ‘Leaving Storybrooke’ sign) and he noticed they were putting in some weird looking plants and when he commented on them the guy told him that the evil queen was going to steal some of the beans, presumably in 2×20.

Interesting. That ties in with my idea that Regina wants to whisk Henry off to another land, just the two of them.
