Since many of us have raised concerns about the lack of “law and order” in Storybrooke, I thought it would be fun to compile a list of town rules and regulations that could possibly help them out.
1. Don’t leave dynamite unattended in the mines. Suggestion: lock it up. It’s dangerous.
2. Don’t let Regina wander the streets seems like it should be the first law. In any land.
3. Have election for mayor and possibly appoint a judge so people can be tried for their crimes instead of just put in jail.
4. Don’t use magic in front of muggles. Er. Outsiders.

5. Ban torches. Someone accidentally drops one in a bad place, the whole town could go up in flames.
6. Don’t get on Mr Gold’s bad side.

Keeper of Felix7. Don’t cross the town line, because you’ll forget who you really are.

8. Plant a tracking chip on Henry so you know where he is at all times, if he suddenly starts doing as he’s told without complaint he’s up to something.

Keeper of Felix9. Dont discuss anything of importance in Granny’s.
9a: For that matter, don’t discuss secret important matters out in the open. We have homes, people! Use them!
