Here it says that her appearance in this ep is TBD. What does that mean? It says she is in the finale (of course.)

It means that there is no definitive proof that she’s in that episode. I don’t recall seeing any BTS shots for this episode of Regina, but she’s in it. I’m 100% sure of that, but with out proof, they can’t say “WILL” appear.

TBD = To Be Delivered (Announced)

They prefer to confirm all information before adding to the website. They have 2 pages for each person ie:
Snow White and MM, but if you noticed in the SW section it has the same thing as Regina.

I thought it meant ‘To Be Determined’ as opposed to ‘Delivered’ 🙂
