I’m thinking – possibly – the reason that Greg and Tamara were getting their information so quickly is because the BF was the one supplying their info.
Peter Pan mythology is the only story that attemps to give fairies an origin. “When the first baby laughed for the first time, the laugh broke into a a thousand pieces, and they all went spiffing about…” (or something like that).
I’m thinking all fairies will have ties to Neverland.
The BF was suspiciously absent from last night’s finale episode, even though she played a big part with helping Belle and Sneezy get their memories back. I think she was more relevant to the events of the episode than we realize.
IF the BF is the master manipulator AND has ties to Neverland, then I think it’s possible she could be pulling more strings than we realize. Greg fits all the criteria of a lost boy. Tamara – possibly Tiger Lilly. Maybe they both know the Blue Fairy from Neverland.
There better be some Blue Fairy back story in season 3, but i’ll love it no matter what, i’m sure.
[adrotate group="5"]May 13, 2013 at 1:36 pm #193739RumplesGirlKeymasterI would love to learn that all times Plot Device Fairy is Ploy Device-y was actually her being he puppet master. I’ve never liked her or trusted her but lately all she is a plot device. That magical potion she made just in the nick of time to bring back Belle…plot device. All she needed as August’s hair! Really??
I still hope she’s Sneaky Fairy is Sneaky. But I’m finding it harder to believe.

But I don’t have much faith 😕

Technically, Peter Pan is not a fairy tale, but a classic story and NL is not FTL, so maybe the Tiger Lilly connection could work. I just don’t think BF is anything but a short cut though.

May 14, 2013 at 2:31 am #194088RumplesGirlKeymasterThey have said that she does not have a fairy tale counterpart, which I always took to mean she was like Emma: something new. But, it could be that she doesn’t have a Fairy Tale (Land) counterpart but rather a counterpart in a different land.

The glitch with this is that apparently Blue didn’t have her memories during the curse, and GOAT were clearly already carrying out their mission during the curse years. Therefore, Blue can’t have been feeding them info during that time, so why would she be doing so now?
I’ve proposed in other threads that GOAT’s boss in our world has a line of communication to PP, who may be the one who invented the failsafe, which is how GOAT are able to get info on magical stuff, and the failsafe in particular. I mean, seriously, that thing was meant to be something unique that Regina stuck in there, so how do GOAT know what it is after a matter of hours? Their boss must have a connection to someone with intimate knowledge of the failsafe IMO.
That doesn’t discount that Blue is still involved somehow. If the master manipulator in this whole story is actually PP trying to get his hands on Henry, as opposed to Rumple trying to find Bae, then Blue giving Bae the bean was one step in the very large plan of PP, and she may not have participated unknowingly.
May 14, 2013 at 4:37 am #194110kfchimeraParticipantWell I still doubt BF is anything but plot device driven, but I suppose even if she did not have her memories, that doesn’t preclude her from having left herself directives to follow like that movie Memento. Maybe something hidden in the prayer books the nuns use. Now that’s a funny thought for BF.

May 14, 2013 at 12:35 pm #194154RumplesGirlKeymasterNot only a lot of equipment but the most advance equipment in the world and tons of money. How were they getting that if they work for Peter Pan?? There has to be a division here in this world (maybe headed by Dorothy) and there almost has to be an insider in SB.
