Ok so Aurora and Henry both got burnt because Aurora was pulled from the Netherworld too soon but that happened because she was forcefully woken up. How come when Snow woke her every time before she didn’t get burnt because surely its the same thing. And again with Henry and with Snow in the past how come they didn’t get burnt when they were forcefully woken up to get out of the nightmare?

We don’t know that Snow didn’t get burned every time in the past, just that she didn’t get burned when she went into the deep sleep in Into the Deep. My only explanation is because she went in voulentarily and by this point it had been many years since her sleeping curse whereas Henry and Aurora were both recent victims of the Sleeping Curse and never had any say in the matter if they went to the Red Room or not.
