At this point, it’s hard to think of Snow White without thinking of Once Upon a Time star Ginnifer Goodwin. The talented actress has been playing the iconic character (popularized by Disney) for two years, and we can’t imagine anyone else as her, or her playing anyone else!
However, this gal has to work when OUAT isn’t filming, and in addition to playing Jackie O in a TV movie against Rob Lowe’s JFK, she’s tackling another Disney role — and her character is likely much younger than Sow.
“Just wrapped an episode of the animated series #SofiaTheFirst for #DisneyJunior! Thank you for a most wonderful morn,” she tweeted on May 28. Aww!
Sofia the First: Once Upon a Princess started as a movie last November, featuring the first “little girl princess” in the “storybook world of Enchancia.” The all-star cast includes Modern Family’s Ariel Winter as Sofia, Grey’s Anatomy’s Sara Ramirez, Project Runway’s Tim Gunn, Wayne Brady, and more! The TV series debuted in January 2013 and is currently on, so hopefully Ginny’s episode will air soon!
No word as to who she plays, but maybe she’ll be Snow White. You never know! If not, we’ll be excited to see her playing another princess, or another entirely different character!
