So this is something that interested me for ages, I’ve always had a thing for names and was certain with a show as awesome as Once there were no coincidental names. This is a little further into that research that I came across this!
The place in Canada named Regina was named so because Princess Louise eared to name it after her Mother in some way. So the place is linked to queen Victoria.
Victoria’s best advisor in the world was the man who arranged her marriage, her uncle Leopold… See? She never loved him or wanted much to do with him other than him be a friend. Victoria even named her son Leopold in his honor. Leo was a very sensitive and kind boy who suffered with an illness his whole life.

Next bit. James the IV was married to Margaret Tudor. Once their marriage was signed it was seen as a promise of peace throughout the kingdom. They were also both related somehow to Mary Queen of Scots, the sweet princess that refused to back down and wasn’t affraid to die for what she believed.

    Thoughts?

    Nice post 🙂

    I love the name connections.
These writers did this on LOST, too.
Names are very significant clues 🙂
