It’s perfectly ok to dislike Rumple, but you can’t always expect the worst of him and blame him for everything bad that happens. Noone is either black or white. Neither is Rumple.
I think that nothing so far suggets that Rumple would be able to hurt Bae. On the contrary, he went to desperate lenghts to protect him from the cruelties of war.
As for Belle, he definitely overreacted, yelled at her and threw her out. The way he acted was hurtful and unfair. But let’s face it. Rumple is not Prince Charming, he’s the Beast here. He has some issues and he’s been through a lot. Besides let’s not forget that he is cursed. And Belle was aware of all of it and understood the reasons for his outburst. He can still redeem himself in her eyes, I think.
