I THINK it would be a HOOT as a game changer that those who had magic before DO NOT GET the magic; while those people who were ruled / subjugated to the MAGIC BEINGS instead inherit the magic.
How MORAL will they remain? Will they succumb to the power and also become bullying? and power mad? Will they abuse their powers? Will they seek revenge?
Who would you like to see get MAGIC ?
