I don’t think that Regina’s reaction came from a sane place. She had just had her guy murdered in front of her and she could not strike against her mother and then she finds out that it wouldn’t have happened if Snow hadn’t told. So she got angry. It isn’t a perfect logical reaction, but i don’t think that Regina is quite sane anymore.
