There’s a “rope” of bedsheets and/or clothing hanging out the window that you can see in a couple of the pics. That says to me that he was trying to escape and Regina busted him and made him levitate to stop him.
But considering I have that theory about Peter Pan being Henry’s father, I’m totally taking this scene where he’s “flying” as foreshadowing. 😛
