Yes, the role is “potentially reoccurring,” according to TV line.
To me, potentially reoccurring sounds like he’ll appear heavily in this episode, maybe get some sort of comeuppance and then perhaps reappear later on in the season. Similar to how Jefferson was a main character in Hat Trick then had minimal roles in the last two episodes of the season.
