The sign was put up by Studio 49 Ltd. (the company that produces OUAT in Canada). Also, Britannia Shipyard Heritage Park is in the City of Richmond, BC, which is right next to Steveston, the town setting of Storybrooke. This had better be Hook’s ship this time, and not filming for an unrelated commercial like the last time.
I think it’s real this time because I’ve heard reports of Cora and Hook filming together on a ship. There’s also rumors that Cora and Hook are working together which wouldn’t surprise me, and that’s another reason I just hope that Hook is into Emma and she flirts back maybe even kisses him once, but nothing really comes of it, because I think it makes her look dumb again if she has a relationship with Hook if he’s in cahoots with Cora.

There is one, and it is a fairytale character that we do know. So, you’ll have to keep watching!
It screams Hook to me since it says we know him, since we don’t know what fairy tale character MR-J might be yet. I guess it could be Dr. Whale, but they don’t seem like allies at all right now. Plus, after his reveal, I wonder if they’ll just have him return to how he was before in popping up once and awhile but mostly for humor.
