I really hope Emma doesn’t unknowingly give Cora back her magic, but it’s possible Cora never lost it, since she’s in FTL where magic has always existed (unless the curse affected magic there).

Perhaps the pit has the same anti-magic properties as the jail which held Rumpel in the pilot, which prevent Cora from using magic.

Also, Cora seemed especially interested in how Emma and Snow White managed to return to the Enchanted Forest. It’s almost like Cora wants to go the opposite way back to SB. She probably has a huge grudge against Regina and Rumpel for what they did to her. 😕
