Milah and Hook can’t and won’t be true love. He is a hot character and will eventually have a hot girl that will later be proved as his true love. They don’t cast a hot guy to the show without some interesting juicy love story and just head for revenge. His want for revenge is not because of Milah only, it’s also his pride. He’s a fearsome captain was defeated and got his hand cut off by a someone he used to despise and recently bullied. For me, he did love Milah, but not that much as true love. He will eventually let her go. Just like Rumple. He did loved Milah, he would think for himself that she was his TL, but she wasn’t. Belle is.
