While I admire Prince Charming’s bravery, he could’ve thought his plan through more. Charming said he more of a doer while Snow was more of the talker, and I think it showed. Though his actions demonstrated his unbridled love for Snow, which was really touching and endearing on the one hand, he needs to work on his long-term strategy. Mr. Gold said he can’t prevent Henry’s soul from returning to the netherworld every time he goes to sleep, so what’s to keep Henry from going back again to that inferno? Also, we already saw that Rumple completely healed Henry’s burn so that his arm was good as new. Why not just let Henry return, since his soul is still doomed to relive the consequences of the sleeping curse with the knowledge that Mr. Gold will always heal him? Now Charming has risked leaving Henry without any of his biological family left in SB without certainty that Emma and Snow will return (even though we know they eventually will).
