But I am wondering why Neal would run from Emma. It could be out of shame, but seeing as how he waited for 11 years to see her again, running would be the last thing he would do. The only reason why would be that he is afraid of seeing his father.

Can’t figure that out either. I think the shame/guilt is why he’s remained in NY – probably doesn’t feel he deserves to be reunited with Emma and have some happiness…hoping that the running isn’t just seeing Emma enter the bar, that they at least have some banter before Emma test’s the water by calling him ‘Baelfire’ and then he bolts! 😀

Interesting to see Emma take Henry on a road trip/tracking mission. Guess they couldn’t bare to be parted for possibly extended adventures so soon. If this is the big reveal of Neal also being Bae – I can’t see them having Neal or Henry learn the truth of their connection – yet. Wouldn’t be the first time I’d be shocked, but I guess I expect the writers to pull on my heart strings/drive me crazy for awhile and just have little interactions/coy comments the wreck my life between Neal and Henry. Like, if Neal is freaking out about seeing papa again, can kind of see Henry giving him a pep-talk about how he wishes he could talk to his father….but he died saving a family from a fire….

Then again, Neal isn’t an idiot. I can’t see him remaining in the dark about Henry for long. Henry is almost 11, Emma gave birth to him in jail – all pretty well known facts in Storybrooke if they don’t come up on the journey to Maine.
