From memory, the only pics of Smee are of him on a rooftop with Hook, and he’s holding what’s speculated to be Bae’s cloak. There were some comments in another thread that said that Rumple’s “scarf” in NYC looks like it could actually be Bae’s cloak. Who knows how it all fits together, but yes, we’ve seen Smee out and about in SB.
